Ditto on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] theory Snake,
That is why I am trying to figure out how to maintain the wrap as well. The theory makes perfect sense to me. As we make micro tears and the body attempts to replicate cells, it would seem logical that having these "gaps"? in the structure would be like a neon sign for the body to send its nutrients and focus it's repair.
It would be very similar to muscle building in an analogous way, but not like continuing to work out all day. Rather, it would be more akin to the way that you maximize gains by extended and strenuous stretching after an intense workout whereby you lengthen and intensify tears created during the workout. Ask any body builder and you will learn that they all know that intense stretching after intense workouts speed up recovery and growth. While we are not talking about building muscle while using Penis Enlargement we are indeed trying to destroy cells and have the body multiply the number of cells in that area.
Sadly, repairing the cells in the biceps or something mostly just needs water to increase its volume while repairing, I am not sure what the penis structure actually uses to increase its volume of structure. (Not talking about the blood that increases its apparent size, but its actual structure) I would imagine that it is still mostly comprised of water though.
For example, androstene, made my weight lifting experience and muscle growth exponentially faster after having overloaded my system with it for a significant time. (Apart from all of the supposed effects of androstene, I simply used it because of its known characteristics of water retention) Muscle tissue being comprised of over 80% water, and water retention, seemed the most logical way to go for muscle growth to me. Maybe I should look to overloading on androstene again during the Penis Enlargement journey. If the penis tissue is roughly comprised of the same elemental makeup, it may be beneficial....
Sorry Snake, hijacking your thread again. Just thought that I could throw a few nuggets of insanity your way to mull over. Keep going workout madan, you are an inspiration!

P.S. It seems the noobs have been corrected on the term turtling. Cool! I will now refer to it as "post workout shrinkage" or pws
