Hey guys, another good Penis Enlargement day. Managed to get 5 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at a real intense stretch. I go to the 1500g and still turn the screws for an extra pull.

I don't have a "Concreate routine" as timing and privacy are an issue. But from tomorrow onwards my routine will be:
A MINIMUM OF:
30 mins Manual Stretching

30 mins Jelq
45 mins Edge
I'm not using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] right, simply because of privacy. I'm going to ease it into my routine over the next few weeks.
Also my diet is going pretty well. I'm kinda of cutting one thing out at a time. So first it's POP - Then sweets - Then Fast Food- and then i should be on a completely clean diet in a few weeks(If i came off it all at once i know i wouldn't last a week

I suggest you immideately go down to 1200g and try to get in as much time as possible (you are doing a great job their man already!!), as this will avoid the risk of hitting that platue(the 1500g mistake I did).
