I've started a new routine thanks to the advice from Aimingforthetop - Supersetting between manual and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] - I woke up about 1pm started with 30 mins basic stretching (with lig push) and then a 90 mins set in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] - followed by 30 mins manual work - 90 mins [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Break - tightly wrap to keep flaccid in lengthend position - 10 mins stretch followed by 3 hours [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] session. - Straight into 2 hour edge session - Cum.

I would like to use [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] more but its just timing. Also how do you stay erect inside it? even with adult entertainment i lose my erection.

I'm thinking of adding a bar tomorrow - so far im 1xlong 1xmed 1xsmall - each side - so I may just bump up to 2xlong each side. I'm just not feeling a good stretch like I was a few weeks ago.

Today has been a bad day for Penis Enlargement - I was expecting to have the house to myself again all day but my mother was home. So I couldn't get any privacy. I pretty much had to wait until 6pm to start my routine.

I'm starting to struggle with manual work. I keep feeling like i can't get a good grip/ pulling the foresking over the head. I must have re-wrapped about 20 times and couldn't get it right. Got very fustrated and gave up. Hey guys. Needed a rest day from Penis Enlargement. This morning my shaft was burning and ligs were tender. I'd rather rest a day and have a good 6-7 hour session than have a shitty 4 hour session in pain.

I was at work today (God I hate my Job)

I have def mained gains in my flaccid both girth and length. I lent over the bed this morning and i was like FUCK! Hello!? :)

Finally got a chance for a good workout. I really did need yesterday's REST day. Today my penis felt nice and strong.

From my own exerience, its of course tempting to go up to 1500g, and although it might increase stetched length in the extener in the beginning, it might lead to a plaeteu of rigid rope feeling. I suggest you immideately go down to 1200g and try to get in as much time as possible (you are doing a great job their man already!!), as this will avoid the risk of hitting that platue(the 1500g mistake I did).

Thanks for advice fedora. The reason i go to 1500g+ is because thats when i feel the stretch. Does this mean i need to add more bars? With my current bars I don't feel a stretch at 1200g - my penis is stretched but I don't feel it. Do you feel a deep stretch inside your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or is it more about keeping the peins moderatly stretched for long periods of time (900g -1200g). At the moment im at 1500g but have to take it off every 30 mins now due to circulation (I use the noose method).

Basically should i add more bars and keep it at the 1200g mark for a good stretch? How much stretch do you feel?

Hey guys, todays has been a TERRIBLE/IMPORTANT day for Penis Enlargement. I've been struggling what to do the last few days with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] - Some people say less tension more time and some say more tension. I used to think that more tension was better but i think that was wrong. I've been really pushing it these last few weeks with intensity. I can't wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for more than 30 mins MAX - I go numb at 25mins or go cold/black trying to get to that high intensity. This does make Penis Enlargement fustrating - having to undo and re-wrap every 30 mins.

I'm taking tomorrow off - my skin is sore and i'm pretty much going to spend most of the day looking through the fourms - looking through the vets and the guys who inspire me - DLD,RED,MAX,moregains123,fedora,Supra, and more - to help me look for the answers. :)

Also i've ordered my Wench kit parts, which i'm really looking forward to, with that i can really start stretching all day.

I think i might have to go to very low intensity for a few weeks to let my penis adjust. I've noticed my shaft skin is sore and sensitive. I think i've probably over done it intensity wise these first few weeks. I should have started low and got those important starting hours in to let my penis get acustom to it :/

Needed a rest and a re-think of my Penis Enlargement.

I think I've been taking the wrong approach with Penis Enlargement so far. I've basically been trying to yank my penis as hard as possible to make quick gains. I've now realised that this is going to lead to disappointment and fustration. I'm in for the Penis Enlargement for the LONG TERM i'm talking 4-5 years to reach my goals (or however long it takes). I understand that now. I can see 2 years to get 4 inches is just STUPID! NEWB! :P

I can see why many guys give up at this realisation - they do Penis Enlargement deicated for a month or two and think WTF why havan't gained an inch!?! This quickly leads to quiting Penis Enlargement forever or for a while.

So far i've had this mind set that I MUST do 6-7 hours a night of HARD Penis Enlargement > this is just going to lead to a mental and physical burn out. After all... A man's got to know his limitations!

I've been doing a lot of reading up on techniques. My penis is going to grow as long as there is tension! I'm still in the early stages of Penis Enlargement - I should be easing myself in at this point and but out of desperation to get those big gains in a short period I've probably pushed my self to far!

I'm thinking of getting a SS - All in one package. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is a good device and DLD got them at a great discount but i just think they havan't perfected it. You need so many mods to get a comfotable stretch - Velcro Mod - Loads of wrapping - Padding at the Base - Penis slevees. Surely all this should have been thought of and included?!? Don't they test the product?

I like the 3 stages of the SS - the light for healing - medium for comfort and long stetches and the heavy. The SS looks really comfortable which is what I want.

I'm still going to look into it. I'm hoping to get some info off moregains123 for the SS.

Hey man,

I just want to congratulate you on taking such a determined and systematic approach to Penis Enlargement. That's the way to make gains. I also want to congratulate you on recognizing that it will take longer than you at first thought. That shows wisdom. You learn from your experiences.

I've been doing Penis Enlargement off and on for a few years now and have gained over an inch in length. Let me share just a few thoughts.

1) The more you wear your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], the faster the gains. It can be tough to wear for extended periods of time, but the difference in gains between 2 hours a day vs 6 hours a day is noticeable. If you can't get in 6 hours all at once, break it down into 2 in the morning, 2 after work and 2 at night.

2) To help with comfort, change the position. Sometimes pointing upwards. Sometimes down. Sometimes straight out. I've padded the base, but I find it doesn't really make much difference. Padding under the noose, however, does make a big difference.

3) All [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] work basically the same way. If you already have one that works for you, don't waste your money on a different model. Not familiar with the SS, but "light for healing" makes no sense whatsoever. You don't heal while stretching. That's just marketing BS. Don't trust any company that treats its customers like idiots.

4) Girth gains are much harder to make than length gains. The shape and size of your dick is determined by the tunica albuginea. There are 3 in your dick running from the base up to just below the head. These, of course, are covered by skin. When using a pump, what usually happens is that the space between the tunicae and the skin gets filled with fluid. It may seem like your dick is getting thicker, but that fluid will drain eventually. You have to keep pumping to maintain that girth, so all you really have is fluid retention. To make genuine girth gains, you need to hit the tunicae. Limit your time in the pump and do more manual girth work. DLD knows what he's talking about. Light pumping and pulling while in the pump will help. Mostly, though, you want to do jelqs, bends, etc., anything that will actually hit the tunica and/or pump blood into it.

5) It's ok to take a break every now and then. You now realize that getting to 9" will take a few years. Don't give up. Do Penis Enlargement when you can. Go hard for 3 months, 5 months, whatever you can handle. Then take a month off, but go back to it when you're ready. It's a journey, not a race.

6) Don't get so caught up in the quest for additional size that you lose respect for your dick the way it is. I assume junior still brings you incredible pleasure, so respect him!

You're smart in taking a methodical and informed approach to Penis Enlargement. Keep at it, and I'm sure you'll be very satisfied with the results you get!

Thanks Gettingto9, I certainly have learned a lot this month. I'm on the forum everyday looking through stuff. Sorry I wasn't clear with the "light for healing" it's basically to stop you turtling - it's not actually stretching just keeing your in an lengthened position - basically a wrap.

Noob here myself. Just a quick question for you. You seem to be very casual about wrapping for long periods of time, which I wish to do also. However, with my very limited experience using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s Wrap, and trying to follow what is available about it around here, I haven't found out how to keep myself extended while wrapped for any length of time.

I either "slip" out if I wrap lightly or go pretty cold and numb in just over a minute if I wrap tighter. I am baffled about how this wrapping method actually works. Maybe I am just a freak or something with horrible circulation??? Any help would be appreciated because you have stated that you have no problem staying wrapped for long periods of time.

Hey irspow, for the wrap i just use my left hand to stretch my penis straight out. With the wrap in my right hand I wrap it round my penis just below the head. Continue wrapping down the base and then back up the shaft. Don't make it SUPenis EnlargementR tight but fairly tight to prevent slippage. My head swells and does go a little cold after an hour but I don't think it's much to worry about. (Correct me if i'm wrong anyone). Once you are fully wrapped stretch your penis again inside the wrap and try and make it as long as possible. The wrap is basically just to stop us from turtling and to heal in a longer position (SRT Theory).

Sorry if i've explained it poorly - it is kinda hard to explain :P If you have anymore questions just ask man!
