Peter South's PGE1 (caverject) Experiment

Well I finally got everything I needed and got started. Here is the list of materials.

Bottle of PGE1 100mcg/ml x 10ml
Syringes 1" 30G
48 ct box of Sudafed (for bringing down erections if needed)
Doc Johnson adjustable leather cock ring with metal snaps Bathmate (later if all is well).

Took a base measurement:

6 inches NBPL
5 inches EG
7 inches BPL

NBPL measurement increases to almost 6.25-6.5 sitting down but I'm using the standing measurement as I think it is more accurate.

I'll use these stats to gauge my progress through then end of August.

Daily goal is 3 hours 6 days a week for a total of 18 hours. This should be sufficient for growth.

Will note any additional Penis Enlargement activity in log but plan to wear SG extender 4 hours daily at work.

Injected 5mcg into the side of the penis mid shaft in flaccid state while wearing cock ring to keep injection local. Pressed needle all the way in, didn't hurt much.

5 minutes later starting to get an erection without much coaxing.

10 minutes It's definitely working, stiff as a freaking plank.

20 minutes Took cock ring off, puttering around the house with a semi-painful erection.

Did a 10 minute Bathmate session pumping to full pressure which was quite painful but didn't cause water retention

The dose wasn't quite enough so I had to keep pulling it to stay rock hard but it lasted 3 hours. Could have lasted longer but I was ready for a break.

I must confess I also ejaculated twice and was able to stay hard. Watched a lot of ��, hey it's Saturday. I'm going to avoid ejaculation as much as possible from now on but this was just an experiment, yeah that's the ticket.

Spent 4 hours in the SG during work.

Came home, upped the dose to 7mcg and sat in front of the TV watched a little �� but no ejaculation. To maintain the erection I did some light erect stretches essentially tugging upward on it the whole time.
Still think the dose is low as it is not rock hard unless I play with it.

Will go for an even 10mcg next time

Nothing for today

Hurt so bad I had to skip today because my dick was actually sore like muscles are sore after a workout.

I can tell this will give girth gains, the length gains I am less sure about. I'll measure again at the end of August to see what the results are.

I have to tell you guys the erection hurts, like an intense ache. It's definitely doing something.

Just make sure you don't loose the ability to have an erection. I heard about this guy who took too many viagras, and his dick was on a permanent priapism until they had to cut it off or something.

That would have been an erection lasting longer than 12 hours where tissue death becomes a massive risk. Most men make it to the hospital before these issues happen but I guess this poor guy missed the boat.

I have ED and have been injecting Trimix (includes PGE1 as one of the ingredients) about twice a week for about one year. I am quite sure I have not gained anything in length or girth as a result. I am concerned that you are using a 1" needle. As such, you are at risk of the needle passing through the CC and totally missing the target. The proper needle length is 5/16" to 1/2". I have also used a penis pump in combination with the injection and my experience is that the vacuum decreases the effectiveness of the injection.

I got it from a bodybuilding forum from guys who use tons of other peptides for bodybuilding. One of them chimed in and said he had used it years ago and got great gains so I pieced the protocol together from what he did.

I can't wait until there is a general guide with logical protocol that has some meaty research and results. I have never tried these methods but I remain extremely curious to their effectiveness. Thanks to all who are doing such diligent work.

I forgot to mention but I did 500 wet jelqs in the last session.

I noticed things are looking visibly thicker so I took an erect girth measurement being careful to pull the tape snug. 1/8" improvement already.

No sizegenetics today, had a hectic day, late morning felt like shit, deadlines at work so I skipped it.

Did my injection this time 8mcg and that was very effective. It lasted 4 hours.

Did 550 wet jelqs in very erect state.
