HI guys, I'm fairly new to PE and I'm trying to gather as much info as possible to make good gains and I was wondering, those of you who made good length gains, what is your routine? I read the SRT post and this is what I've collected.

Length Session (AM)

1. 5 minutes Bundled Stretches
2. 6 minutes expressive stretching using the loop of LengthMaster
3. 30 secs for each of these stretches:
1) Straight Up to Center
2) DLD Blasters: 5x30 secs
3) Straight Down to Left (Under leg)
4) Straight Down to Right (Under leg)
5) Rotaries: 25 Cranks
6) Behind the Cheeks to Left
7) Behind the Cheeks to Right

4. Were SizeGenetics at Medium tension for 1h to help cement gains
5. Continue to were SizeGenetics at full tension for 3 more hours
6. After Length Session, Wrap penis with Ace Bandage until girth session


Girth Session: 5x5x3

1. 5 minutes Bundled Stretches
2. 5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity
3. 5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq OR Jelq
4. 5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity
5. 5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq OR Jelq
6. 5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity
7. 5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq OR Jelq
8. After girth session, Use cock ring to keep the expansion

***3 times a week, do 5-10 minutes of Erect Stretching***

as you can see, there is a lot of exercises and it's a bit overwhelming. If time is an issue, what would be the best exercises to keep? I know the SG is a must, but what else should I be doing. From your experience, which exercises gave you the best length gains so I can pick the best ones?

I know I'm no expert or anything. But everything you said seems good to go and should yield gains. From what others have said about length the LM is the best tool to have. So maybe add in more LM work. Keep up the hard work man!

I know it's a good routine because it includes everything from SRT, but sometimes I just have 4h and I can't do everything, thats why I'm trying to collect some infos on the best exercises for length so I can just do these when I'm in a hurry

Cool I'm subbed for information on length. I'll being having multiple hours during the day in which I can get length work in during.

Yeah I've been thinking the same thing. I get bored during the day. Really wish I had an LM lol. Sitting at home all day.. I'm trying to get manual stretching and BM in. Just wish I could get some good length work in.

It is intended to be helpful. I'm being flippant, but also serious.

If you're new, just pick an established routine and follow it. As you progress, just do it.

Do "what"?

You know what. If you want length, stretch. If you want girth, force blood into the penis.

If you're gaining, keep doing it. If you're not gaining, do more of it.
 
I'm just beginning my PE journey and research, but finding some fascinating things. I think there could be a definite correlation between length gains and girth gains. What I mean by that is more frequency for length routines will make the girth routine more effective if placed later in the day.

Hanging brought me considerable gains, and the Lengthmaster was able to match that pace if not surpass it. So the fact that you have the Lengthmaster already you are already one step ahead from where I was, the intensity you can get from it is insane and you can also try hanging an see if that works out for you.

So true. The LengthMaster is so important to length gains. We really need to promote the LengthMaster to more men as so many struggle in PE without gaining and that is not right. Gaining is true and easy when the right methods are employed. Matters of Size has always been on the cutting edge of PE and we have more Brothers here that have gained than any other site. The LengthMaster has become a staple in most men's tool box of PE tools. If you do not have one get one! There is no better tool for length!

how do you know if you stretch too much? I mean, it's not like a muscle. When a muscle is not strong enough to lift lets say 50lbs, you'll know right away, because you can't lift the weight, but how does it applies to penis stretching? How do you know how hard you can stretch without causing injury?

Pain, it should never be painful. It can be very uncomfortable at times but you should never feel a sharp pain. And thats relative to each person but as long as you caustiously increase intensity over time you will see gains in a safe manner.
