He is definitely making progress and I am happy he is making it public so all the Brothers can read.

Yes I am making progress, my physio has very helpful. She has found the muscles that are tightness when she had checked me up. I felt the pain in my left testicle when she used her hand to force on the psoas muscle. She said that I have sway back posture which it means I have increased pelvic tilt caused by my psoas muscle being too long and weak. She said that the crunchies exercise will help to stabilize this. It will help to improve my posture, the pain, restore the erections...etc. She also said that the psoas and the pelvic floor are closely linked within pelvic cavity, when she checked my pelvic floor she has found it seen to be normal. My lower abdominal symptoms were made worse by not getting a treatment.

She said I had a spasm in my psoas muscle instead of being strong the muscle long and weak. She said that she is so happy because my psoas muscle is improving.

She advised me to do the crunchies exercise, hamstring exercises, the bridge exercise for 6 weeks so it will help me to get it strong, help the psoas muscle to relax and strength the pelvic floor.

When I have done those exercises, I can see my penis got big and fat instead of being small. :)

Thanks bro, I am really glad that I went private so I will save alot of time instead of wasting my own time. :)

I am now working on it so hopefully the treatment will help to get rid it asap. I don't know how long that will be.

I am not going back on the PE for a while, because the psoas muscle will be tighten if I stretch my penis which it will increase the pelvic tilt as it could take me longer to recover and it can cause weakness of the pelvic floor muscle. Lucky for me is my physio have checked my pelvic floor when she put her finger up in my anus and she said my pelvic floor is fine. I am going to stay out of PE and do what my physio therapy say until the problem is sorted.

But one problem is when I'm fully cured, I can get back on the PE but will it increase the risk of pelvic tilt when I stretch my penis or it won't increase the risk of pelvic tilt when I get the problem sorted?

I think once you have solved this issue PE will npc longer be of any danger.

Really? are you sure that it would not affect the pelvic floor when I get back on the PE?

I have HF too, pelvic floor dysfunction confirmed by a physio, you should probably look into DCT, there is more than your pelvic floor muscles in play with this condition

https://freedomfrompelvicpain.com/hard-flaccid/

this has been very successful in resolving pelvic floor issues, even as david explained to me, working on the pelvic floor alone will not solve the problem if there is tension in adjoining muscle groups, look into it dude

Thanks for the Link!

Thank you for your advice. Do you know how long it would take for the pelvic floor muscle to relax when I do the reverse kegels??

If I dont feel the tightness can I still do the PE or not??

Have you been able to solve the pelvic floor muscles problem?
