I did nothing, came home with massive headache. Seem to notice a pattern here where hours of work makes me feel overtrained and stressed the next day. Also I'm not getting enough sleep due to staying up all night doing this. Need to work on time management.
Still, it's hard not to when you have nothing else to do during that time. Maybe I should sit and watch TV passively so I can do it again the next day or maybe I should keep up the intensity and try to improve my recovery. I'm also very busy and it's a little much to do every day but I'll try to get into ED next week and see if progress is faster.
I would really like to add hardcore Bathmate stretches to the end of each session. They are counterproductive during the session but I think they would be effective as a finish if I can recover.
