It should not cause that. With a reverse Kegel there is nothing holding back the stretch, every bit of intensity is delivered to the shaft. Jelqing is a very old exercise, the SlowSquashJelq is a far better girth exercise. Many do not gain girth until they advance into the SSJ. What is happening with your performance that is bothering you my Brother?

Eq is just not like it used to be at all. It feels like my pelvic is constantly sore from over working. It effects my entire pelvic region. The lack of eq makes it hard to get a good jelq session in. There is always soreness in my ischiocavernosus muscles which probably messes with the blood flow down there. I tried kegels to improve eq but it mskes the pain worst. I don't know if its pain cause the muscles are weak or cause of trigger points.

I did notice that there is a type of pain right above and under my pelvic bone on my lower abs, but if i suck in my lower abs it helps eq. It takes conscience effort tho so it makes me have to tighten up more. Unless im drunk my eq is not good amd even then its still not solid. It's annoying

The hip and lower ab tightness will literally kill an erection if it happens to tighten up of its not already tight.

Hey DLD,

I have got questions. I have got an appointment to see the pelvic floor specialist in two days time to get check up to see if I do have a pelvic floor tilt or pelvic floor tension which I am most likely to have it. If I do, should I stop doing PE and force on stretching on the pelvic floor muscle until when I get the problem sorted?

When I get back on the PE after when I recover, how I can avoid the tightness of the pelvic floor muscle to occurs again?

If I don't have either of them (pelvic tilt or pelvic tension), do you recommend if I should see a doctor to try to take the viagra pills to see if I do have a poor blood flow to the penis and try to restore my erection?

if my erection don't work then I might have a buck's fascia. I could require my doctor to investigate the problem to see if I do have it?

If my erection work then great, I would know that I could have a poor blow flow to the penis. When you do PE, do you recommend if I should always take the titan pills to help to improve the blood flow to the penis in each time when I stretch my penis to prevent my penis to go small when there is not enough blood flow to the penis?

What happen if you don't take the pills when you stretch your penis? would it make your penis to go small when you stretch your penis that you don't have enough blood flow to the penis?

I'm sorry about asking you different questions, but I am trying to get the problem sorted out. I am getting very close now to find out what is the actual problem of what I have got as I has been suffered with this for 3 and half years. The problem could be either poor blood flow, tightness foreskin, tightness pelvic floor muscle or fatigue. I will find out when I see the pelvic floor specialist to see if I do have a tightness pelvic floor or not that caused the hard flaccid, erectile dysfunction, no morning woods, back pain....etc. When I found the problem, I will know what to do next time to save me alot of time.

Example 1: When I stretch my penis and I see that my foreskin get covered all over on my glans with wrinkle as my scrotum get shrinkage, so I would know that the pelvic floor get tightness. I use the exercises that my pelvic floor specialist gave to me so I could continue to use to stretch it until when I get the muscles to relax or I could go back to see the same pelvic floor specialist that I went to see to do the exercises.

Example 2: I don't have a tightness pelvic floor muscle, so I would know that I have a fatigue. I would use the exercises to stretch my penis to avoid the tightness and take the pills to try to improve the blood flow to the penis. When I see the fatigue again, I would know what to do like go all the way back from the start.

I hope you will understand where I am coming from. I want to get my problem sorted quickly when I caught the problem in time, so I can move forward to get back on the PE without waste anymore time. I would hate to wait for another 3 years to get my problem sorted when I know what the problem is. I hope you get what I mean?

I hope this will help others who suffered with the same problem like what I have got, so they can get their problem sorted to save their time and money. This condition is driving me mad, there is nothing wrong with my penis at all as my penis is fine. Something have got to do with the muscles or it could be something else.

Let us wait and see what the doctor says before I advise. I have some ideas but a diagnosis will allow me to give you spot on advice. Have no worries my Brother we are with you 100%! Post the results when you get them. I pray for a awesome outcome.

This is the product of fatigue. Soreness at that location is normal and expected for the first few weeks. If you are having issues with erections because of fatigue I suggest a long enough break between workout until you find the perfect timing. You can also use Viagra and eq will not matter, if you are excited you will get an awesome erection!

I went to see the pelvic floor specialist today and she was useless. She is not sure if I do have a tightness pelvic floor after I have explained to her about the conditions what I went through with the pain in my stomach, back pain, urgency to pee, pee leaks on the floor, delay to pee, start and stop pee, strain during bowel movement, varicocele, erectile dysfunction and no morning woods. She is going to refer me to see the physiotherapy to get check up and also she is going to refer me to see someone about my erection issue. There is nothing to do with my physical issue, the issue that caused the ED is the restrict of the blood flow to the penis which is come from pelvic floor. I know that as I have been google it alot to do my researched and I found the evidence that all of those issues are relating to the pelvic floor issue.

I have been told that I will have to wait for 2 months to see the physiotherapy so fuck it, they are wasting my time and they are playing games with me. I am going to see someone else now as I am going to pay in private. She's specialist in the area of pelvic floor over 30 years for men and women so I am going to see her next Friday. She will most likely to know about pelvic floor issue and she will most likely to give me a treatment on the same day if I get diagnosis with a pelvic floor issue. I believe she will help me with this and get the problem sorted out quickly to get it to solve so I can move on and get over it before the time wasters want to see me. I am not going to see them for wasting my time. I am going to see someone else in private who will help me to get the problem sorted :)

Good for you! Waiting another 2 months is just ridiculous. Bite the bullet, drop the money and see the right doctor.

Yeah I know it's ridiculous. Why should I have to wait for another 2 months when I am in alot of pain?

I think I'm better off to drop the money and go private. My problem will be sorted very quickly before the physiotherapy want to see me in a month later when I am fully recovered so I am not going to let them waste my time.

I will let you know what she say about my pelvic floor when I see the physiotherapy in next week.

Good stuff my Brother! This will bring peace of mind and avoid a bunch of unnecessary worry.

Hey DLD,

I went to see physiotherapy today and she was very helpful. She asked me the questions about what I went through especially when I went to toilet, experience with back pain, stomach pain, hard flaccid, varicocele, erectile dysfunction and so on. She had checked my pelvic floor through on my anus when she used her finger to put it up my ass. She asked me to squeeze the muscle to hold it for 10 seconds then relax and squeeze it again. When I squeezed it, she said that my pelvic floor muscle is good.

She had to put her hands on my lower abdominal to force on it to see where the issue is coming from and I feel the pain. She said that I have twisted a muscle called 'Posas' as it got spasm which causing my pain. I need to do the exercise that she gave me the exercise is called "crunchies", it will help the muscle to allow them to get relax. And also she said that I need to do the kegels exercises 3 times in per day to hold it 10 seconds as it will help to strength the pelvic floor muscle and it will also help to shrink the varicocele. She said that I should always hold the muscle for 10 seconds at a time.

I'm not really sure how she know I have twisted a 'Posas' muscle when I was doing PE. I have asked her about how she know and she said that she can feel the tightness on my posas muscle. She said when the muscle (posas) get tight, they will causing the nerve to the bladder and bowel to be hyper - sensitive and causing the pain, urgency to go to toilet and loss of erections. I did not twisted the muscle when I was stretching my penis to help my penis to grow. When I was stretching my penis, it will causing the tightness of the pelvic floor muscle. I am going to ask her again to make a double check to see if I have been given a proper diagnosed with a tightness posas muscle.

I have never heard of a posas muscle that caused the hard flaccid, erectile dysfunction, back pain, stomach pain...etc when you do PE. Most people that I have spoken on this forum who are suffered like what I have got as most of them are suffered with a tightness pelvic floor when they was doing the PE, but my pelvic floor is not tightness. I've found it very strange.

She sounds to be very knowledgeable and the diagnosis sounds to be good. Follow her directions and do not make up additional diagnosis's! Put your trust in her advice and follow it. If things do not heal you can always get another diagnosis but from the exam she did and the 2 checking points she made are very smart and accurate. I also liked that she knew what Kegels were. A 10 second hold is a good thing but I would also follow the Kegel routine in the Newbie Routine as it also trains endurance along with strength. Other than that, trust, and do what the doctor said.

Bumping for interest. I've had the same problems that badboy has been describing for about a year and a half now. Has totally killed motivation for PE and for pretty much any other life goal. If you find something, please let us know. I'm going to follow the shit out of this thread and hope that it finds something for me as well, because this shit is getting old.
