I've been off PEing for a while, but now it is time to get back at it!

My goal is to reach 8'' in length. To me, this is the magic number. As for girth, 6'' would be great.

Here is the routine I'll be trying for the next few weeks.

-Basic Stretching in the morning (3 sets of each):
-Pulling straight down (30 seconds)
-Pulling straight to the right (30 seconds)
-Pulling straight to the left (30 seconds)
-Pulling straight up (30 seconds)
-Cranking rotary (30 seconds)

-Bathmate pump in the evening: 3 sets of 5 minutes at maximum length.

-Bathmate will be followed by 300 jelqs and I'll work my way up to 600 over the next few days/weeks.

-I have been thinking of using the SizeGenetics Extender or Uncle Jim's Strapping Method to make sure my penis stays elongated all day long and avoid any turtle neck from happening. However, for now I decided to try out a routine Dr. Kenneth Adams suggested to me a few months ago. (For those who don't know Dr. Adams, he is known as the pioneer of chemical penis enlargement.) Basically, every 2-3 hours, I will perform some basic stretching (only 1 set of each exercises listed previously). After the stretching, I will apply some Verapamil cream on my penis. Verapamil is a calcium channel blocker believed to prevent the formation of scare tissue/plaques. On top of that, I will also avoid wearing underwear whenever possible.

There will also be another chemical part to my routine. I thought about trying Dr. Adams' full protocol but I found it be a little too hardcore for now. I don't like sticking needles too often in my penis. So I came up with my own chemical routine:


-I will be taking 5mg of Cialis daily to keep a good blood flow in my penis. I believe without a constant good blood flow, gains are slower.


-Luckily, I have been able to get real pharmaceutical grade growth hormone (Genotropin from Pfizer). I'll be taking 2.7 IU daily. The real reason I started doing HGH is to help me with my fitness goals. However, I believe that if it can help me with my muscles, chances are it will also help me with my PE routine.

-I will also be doing a 12 week cycle of testosterone enanthate (injection). I'll be doing 500mg per week. I don't believe testosterone might be as useful as HGH for the PE routine, but I don't believe it will hinder my progress. The worst that could happen is that it won't do anything.


-I will give myself 1-2 days off per week depending on how my penis is responding.


There you go. That will be my routine for the next 2-3 months. I will probably modify a few things along the way.

Any inputs/comments are more than welcome!

Been around this stuff since 1999. Never seen chem assisted PE proven any more effective than non. It's your $$ though and your endocrine and hormone system. I hope you're being monitored by an endocrinologist. What's legit HGH going for these days? The test E from a UG lab, or pharma grade? Went through a short gym obsessed, hormone assisted phase myself. Also helped out a lot under the screen name Fmrmarineinbiz on thesourcecheck in their early days.
 
Also, just to shoot straight with you, it looks like you're expecting the hormones to do the work for you. You don't take the same approach in the gym, do you? The routine you listed is more of a very basic, beginner routine.

Some people claim they had success with chem assisted PE. Are they really telling the truth? No one is 100% sure. Ronnielle says he had a lot of success... The only way to really know is to give it a try. That's what I'll do and I'll share my experience with you guys. Hopefully you can benefit from it.

Unfortunately the test e is from an underground lab. The source is trustworthy though.

My doctor knows I'm doing this and will monitor. I took a blood test before starting the cycle. I'll take another one during and after the cycle.

It might not be the most healthy thing to do, but what's more harmful? Doing steroids while eating healthy and working out regularly, or drinking alcohol on a regular basis? Anyways, the dose I'm taking is considered really mild compared to what the professional bodybuilders are taking. .

You are right, but you need to know that I've been away from PE for a while. I want to get back to it gradually, just like I'd do in the gym. Obviously, I'll be raising the intensity over time. It's all about progressive overload.

Have grape seed extract for blocking excess estrogen and do intermittent fasting for raising your HGH levels. You will lose fat, your cock gets bigger and your results will speed-up.

There is no need for hormone therapy if you are healthy male.
 
you don't need chemicals to grow... there are plus sides and down sides to everything you listed. do your research, and then do some more that is my advice. A motto that i use is: study ten times more than you practice. it sounds insane but thats how ive achieved some success despite an obsessive and sometimes dangerous personality.

Personally I don't share the same philosophy. I believe nowadays people study too much and don't take enough ACTIONS. The best way to really learn is to take some ACTIONS and learn from it. I just study enough to get a basic understanding and to avoid hurting myself. The rest will be learned through priceless experience.

I couldn't agree more. I personally find it frustrating when people come up with new ideas but fail to provide a detail log so that the rest of us can gain from their experience.
 
Taking 5mg of Cialis daily was great to keep a constant blood flow in my penis. I felt like my penis was more engorged throughout the day. However, I do use caverject (PGE-1) 2-3 times per week when I want to have very good sex with my girl.

Unfortunately, the last few times using Caverject were extremely painful. Now, it wasn't painful because of prolonged erections of 4+ hours (priapism). I felt an unusual pain after only 10-15 minutes post injection. So I stopped taking Cialis a few days ago to see if it would get back to normal. I used Caverject yesterday and the pain is gone. I now know that Cialis was the culprit.

You need to know that I suffer from a venous leak so my erections never stay to 100% for more than 1 minutes. Even on Caverject, my erections will reach 100% for 1 minutes and then go down to 70-80%. So technically there is no real risk of priapism cause the blood never gets trapped totally for more than 1 minute at a time. I always have some new blood coming in my penis even if I have erections for more than 4 hours.

I know there is a theory that PGE-1 could help with my penis enlargement gains but I would have to use it more often and for longer periods at a time. Like I said, I'm not ready to stick needles into my penis that often for now.

For the moment, I was to experiment with Cialis so I'll have to stop using Caverject meanwhile.

It is the most important part as it is a road map for others to accomplish the same. The people who do not keep records truly regret it when they have to recount what they did by memory. It takes only a few moments to post and keep track and it will benefit the entire Brotherhood.

I see you said 6 inches girth is your goal. You won't be satisfied when you get to that girth goal. You are going to need more than 6 inches girth. A cemented 6.5 girth is the new 6.
