yeah I used ot be more active on there still read some stuff occasionally , life been limiting my time on the main area .

yeah this is my plan , I meant it in regard to doing anything seems to take the whole day to do minimal things

14/11/16 3x10 min pumping 2x10 min clamping , I think I may keep it down to 2x10 min pump and 2x10 min clamp as the 3rd set of pump just increased fluid and not blood gains I felt
 
I can relate to you on every level with mental issues and it getting in the way of PE. What has worked for me the best, and remember, I have some serious mental issues, is a practice called DBT. It has been a life saver for me and it allows me to avoid all the anxiety and depression that comes with these issues. When we spend our mental time in the past we suffer depression for what we did or did not do. When we spend our time in the future it brings anxiety I what the future holds, neither is productive. I need to get back into the routine I was in before getting unwell and the night out I had , I am really gonna try step it up and it will show off and all temp gains I felt I had I feel are going but as per usual I will not know till end of December when I measure. onwards and upwards tomorrow is a new day

Have no worries of priapism, you should be so lucky! If this were the case every Brother on this forum would have mega-phallus! The risk of this is very small. Simply tae a pill and se how you react to it before you try anything. If things seem normal, gain an erection and keep it up and see that it remains erect no longer than 4 hours after orgasm. If this is the case you are safe to proceed.

ive used it in the past before but just never used Viagra with pe

Good point. Start with a 100 mg, cut it into quarters. If one quarter is enough you will know it, if not take another 1/4. Also, remember that it takes about 20-30 minutes to kick in.

yeah I knew that bit already but just tested it on myself ot see how I reacted better , took 50mg last night seemed fine , so I think one day a week or a day I struggling with being in the mood I will use some V to help my session without fear of a trip to hospital with a erection that wont go away :D , I will test a full session on V next week at some point if all goes well then I have a back up sorted for the days I don't feel up to pe

5/12/16 I tried 50mg of Viagra to see how it went took 2 hours after food results went well , wasn't super harder then normal or anything I just got hard easier and kept the erection a lot easier.

50mg is what I take and it is perfect, even after I have eaten.
