I don't feel the same sentiment towards it myself , but I have decided to do my end of march measurement now then I can focus on next quarter of the year as this ones been crap for pe .

so Decembers stats were whe I made an increase

flaccid stretch bone pressed 21.5
bpel seated 20.5
bpel standing 20.4
nbpl seated 16.4
nbpl standing 15.3
head girth 12.9
top shaft girth 12.7!! gain
mid sec girth 13.6/7 !!! gain

its just been a rough two months with pe , but I am doing better working out atleast every other day again now , so thinks should be improving , its just one of those things I guess

Well I feel terrible that this has happened but I also can relate to having lost gains after depression or other mental issues I have dealt with. I will keep you in my prayers and I really hope a new flush of inspiration fills you with the fuel needed to get things growing.

thanks dld ! , I am getting work in but just not managing to post on here to say what I am doing , I am like I said trying to get in pe every other day

Thats good. Do not make any of this a negative issue, look towards this as a positive change that will get you gaining.
 
so 4 days ago during my session I had a bit of a nub feeling near the head , so I stopped session , but eq was dead the next day near enough , and not sure if I did damage as anxiety over that was making hard to check its been 3 days now didn ttry and get erect yesterday so going to see what happens tonight after a good bath if eq is all good and feeling all ok

Go for it tonight! I know you are being very careful but don't be too careful that you become scared to train.
 
so I haven't done anythgin in a ling time , for some reason since the numb thing my pc muscle has been super weak or something maybe I damaged the third chamber on the underside of penis I forgot the name , the one that inflates the head as that hasn't been inflating at all , so yeah I think I just gonna stick with pumping for a bit and hopefully start back tonight as it is the end of the aster holidays and I have been with friends and stuf so not been doing anything

I think you are referring to the Corpus spongiosum. This does not become weak, it is the Pelvic Floor Muscles that become weak. Get back on the Kegels and strengthen those muscles and the you will get more blood in. Happy to hear you are starting tonight again, I wish you the best!

yeah I knew what it was called just couldn't remember the spelling , yeah I thought it was the pc muscles too , I ended up not doing anything tonight , I will get back on this , I think I just gonna pump and jelq and stuff
 
i haven't been doing much at all , as had lot of stuff going on . I have been working on my pc muscle though and now things are getting more into a routine I should be able to get back to work .

One step at a time, i know its hard to balance everything and adding a new routine does take some conviction. Add what you can even if its small sets and before long you will be in the full swing of things. Good to here you have been doing at least your kegal exercises they are a important exercise to have in your life.

Slip things in here and there to keep your mind in the game. Some simple stretches after peeing, maybe some light jelqs in the shower, just simple things to keep you involved until your motivation returns.

yeah I have I still doing pc exercise and edging everynight , just need to get into gear and start pumping . kick myself into gear

Every 3 months Brothers should access their routine, measurements and goals. Things change pretty quickly and goals can change to.

I must get to 8.5 inches in length before switching over to girth work and I have from now till 14th of January 2019 to accomplish this.

i haven't done much PE at all since 2018 but i have been getting back into it recently.

if anyone could refresh my memory.

i have been getting lots of little red dots everywhere when pumping ( which is currently all i am doing lately) when i get this do i need to take a day off? it takes like 48 hours for them to fully fade but two days on one day off seems not very fruitful for me?

i tried today 3x7 minute sessions in a pump at 4HG maximum most around 3HG but i still got red dots.

just looking for some advice should i ignore the red dots ?

that’s awesome you were able to get back in with your original password and I’m so glad to see you back in the brotherhood. As far as the red dots go, they happen to everybody and they will go away within a couple hours. Nothing to worry about. You could try to go 3×3 to see if that alleviates the spotting but you may be sacrificing growth.

You can continue to keep working and to alleviate the red dots try to engage in some deep tissue massage after you have trained. This should help the spot and go away quicker. Eventually just won’t even happen any longer so for now try the massage. Merry Christmas my brother and have a great new year

i have order a slightly thinner tube to pump in so it is just my penis gettting in the tube and nother else getting sucked up so i hope that and some 2 month long condtioning goes well, dont think i will do PE while i am drinking over the festive period :D

I got to admit I am having an extra glass of wine every day over these holidays but what else are you gonna do when you’re stuck inside with no one around you? I’m so happy I have Jesus Christ in my life or else I’d be the most lonely person in this world. Now saying that I’m off to have a few drinks of wine with my Lord! LOL ❤️

well i hope you had a good festive season.

my new tube has arrvied and it is a much better fit , i have been slacking as i had an ingrowing hair an waited for it to heal. onwards and upwards. i can get through a sessions with miminal spotting if i dont go above 4.5hg .

the dotting i get is normally only a mm if that thick which seems like minimal or no damage being done.

So happy to hear that that tube is working so much better, I know you were struggling. Spotting is normal, especially when you pump but it’s very temporary. As I’ve said before deep tissue massage for about five minutes will get rid of most of the spotting

What exactly is your pumping routine right now? If you go to the Newbie Routine and scroll down You will see a section for PC work. If you follow that Kegal routine your pelvic floor muscles will be strong within no time.

usually when you don’t click post and you close the window; if you open a new window to the site it will usually bring up the same window with your text. It’s a sort of a tiny backup. I realize this after I wrote pages of information I think into the SRT thread and then I clicked the window out before I posted and I was pissed. So I just opened up a new window to the form and all of a sudden there was my whole post. So be sure to always open the window again to see if our server saved what you wrote.

I think you would fare much better if you follow the SRT version of pumping. Check out the 5×5×3 and give it a shot and watch how much expansion you get after one session. Please try it and let me know how it goes.

I was a little nervous about 5x5x3 as well, but I have had 0 red dots. I honestly feel like I probably have less because of swapping between exercises. By the way, I just came across your thread. Hope you've made great progress. What are you stats compared to your starting? Did you reach your goal of 9x6?

i get little red dots from pumping ( dont got above 5hg ) so thats why i am wary of 5x5x3 , i have done them in the past and got some expansion.

i don't know my starting girth but i have barely gained anything in that area and i really struggle with it which is what i want to work on.

but i have gained atleast 1.5inch plus on length i am comfortably around 8 at full mast at moment.
no where near my 6 in girth goal my first mile stone is 5.5 MSEG
 
Red dots are very normal for pretty much everybody and they always go away within a few hours. So I wouldn’t worry too much about that.

i’m happy that you got the motivation back up to start training again. And if you post every day in the brotherhood we will keep you accountable so you can stay in the game. If you find you’re too busy in life for PE I suggest putting together a stealth work out that would be used throughout the day with different pockets of time. Or perhaps go for length first and then girth later? Which sometimes is the best way for people who have problems focusing. Or you could go every other day length and girth. There’s many changes you can make that will make PE fit in your schedule. At the very least pick up a SiliStretcher so it can do the stretching for you when you do not feel like stretching.
 
yeah i did the go for length first before as i have gained a fair ammount in length and i am really needing girth.

i am taking the view of even 15 mins in a pump a day must help in the long run!
