Sounds like a good plan. I like how you have set up smaller goals to get to the bigger one. Rushing a huge gain will be met with discouragement while easily getting to a smaller goal will always be met with success. We build upon the small successes to get to the big one.

unfortunately I was a little unwell on the 23/12 and xmas eve and xmas day nothing either so 21st-25th was big ol rest with some edging in there , but back to working out now holiday over
