I got down to 194lbs then the doctor changed my pills and I shot up to 220 something in less then a month , this was in October time slowly been coming down and back down to around 208 last time I checked

dld should I go back on supplements that were helping with erections , I tried cycling for a month on and off , but don't know whether to just solidly use them till I run out then go back to routine without them.
