I got down to 194lbs then the doctor changed my pills and I shot up to 220 something in less then a month , this was in October time slowly been coming down and back down to around 208 last time I checked

31/1/16 10 min clamping was all I got in , not a good day in any way , I think tomorrow is gonna be a day off , as trouble getting it up too not sure if due to PE or mental state .

I just posted to you and it disappeared. Anyway, I am not too upset about the weight deal. The rate I am loosing is about 3.5 pounds a month so Figure another 90 days and I will be at 185. A bump in the road but nothing I can't get over.

I did get back to it today , I think my body is having a moment at moment after stopping tribulus , because my nocturnal erections managed to give me blood dots on my head in the night , so all I did today was 200 jelqs ( really struggled getting it up) and my stretches . also walked 4.5 miles , I stopped taking the stuff on the 31/1/16 so that may be it so hopefully it settles down in a week or so and I am back to my usual erections and able to train.

Sounds sensible to me. 4.5 mile walk! I am jealous, I wish I could get up the gumption to do the same. When I lost my weight the fastest I was running 2 miles a day. I really want to get back to this but too many other things consuming me lately. Dld you are getting it in though.

yeah due to being confied in the house I struggle to walk much so big step !! .

also since stopping my supplements I am still getting red dots on my head after I'm done jelqing so until my body re adjusting I am just going to continue jelqing I think just to make sure things are healing properly or if my EQ goes back up so I can do some clamping or something .

I am also still doing my kegel routine everyday ( near enough) incase anyone wants to know .

5second hold (gentle ) and release for 5 seconds 20 of these
then 30 hard holds for a second then a minute rest do 5 of these to start with then work way up to 10 if your muscle can do this
then for 10 seconds rapidly clench it as fast you can and release then 10 seconds break I do this for a minute
then a minute hold , or if you have a good enough muscle 2 minutes .
during the rest phases on the 30 second hold I will do some reverse kegel exercises
 
quick update , just did my length part of todays routine , even that gave me red dots on the head of my penis , which is rather annoying vu seven jelqing doesn't give it me on my shaft at all , u guys think I should take two days off completely or something?

Yup, red dots are part of the PE process, they should be gone within a couple hours. Remember, we are using much blood pressure when doing PE and with the thin skin of the penis, spotting will happen.

Good idea :) The weekend off will allow the spotting to fade and give you some well deserved rest.

I was taking 500mg in morning an evening of L arginine and 250 2-3 times a day off tribulus .

with the l arginine by itself I noticed It hang more relaxed for me (normally in shrink mode) it made a little difference , not as much as tribulus with that stuff even at just one 250 mg a day my penis feels more full and flushed which is great with l arginine . I thin I read somewhere ages ago 2000-3000mg was the dosage of L arginine for erectile benefits.

never tried horny goat weed or anything else but I would like to at some point .

I might give it a try. But L-Arginine is pretty expensive as far as I can remember. Especiall if you want a high-quality product without any nasty fillers, etc.

yeah , I think my weight loss is what has given me the length boost in nbp as I have gone from 210 to about 197 in a month , I knew the girth was gonna drop , but I have noticed that my temp expanded state is the same maybe I finally loosed my super strong tunica , which is good.
