I've been rich, I've been poor so I know how to make shit work when I am broke:) I was a very good BoyScout and I learned how to survive in extreme situations. Once that down comforter is on me it could be 20 below zero and I will still be warm. With all that said, I still can't wait to have heat again!

For me, what is most important, is when I am making more money I do not change my means of living, meaning I make no changes in living based on how much money I am making. I live below my means. amen to that dld , I knew this lesson back when I was like 11 :D , no need to show off with flashy things when it'll just put you in the shitter later... good thing when I did work I stayed the same sat in my room playing video games buying 2 games a year nothings changed. a lot of people on the other hand never learn that lesson :/

it has beena good while since I had a bruise / blood spot that was tiny so not too down on it , onward and upward hope to be back up an running properly by next weekend back to jelqs and clamping

Glad you are getting all this length work in while you heal, it helps to keep your head in the game when there is an injury. When you start back be very careful with clamping, this is a huge reason why men blister and bruise.
 
Make sure to massage/rub the bruise while using heat so it goes away quicker

yah I will be doing it in the bath tomorrow , also im going to just do length and jelqing around Tuesday then the start of next week I ll return to clamping and the week after that back to full routine


I only got the blister as got a bit enthusiastic and kegeled before closing clamp :P

Over enthusiasm can be dangerous sometimes. Never be overzealous in PE, injury will always slow growth.

I'm still on downtime , but tomorrow I am going to kick back up with stretching and jelqs and see how I get on . if things do feel right I shall wait another day

Great to hear that you are back at it. The only thing that might aggravate the bruise would be jelqing but if you have gotten through a session with no negatives you should be fine.

yah I was apprehensive about it , so I thought I would see how it went , woke up after last nights session bruise almost completely gone now , may take a week or two to get back to full work out , also I stopped my supplements for a month aswell , I take for a month then stop for a month , as I read having a constant flow can be bad or something .

I just take some l argine and tribulus

Its tricky how you need to ride on that expansion while keeping good eq, so its like a tug of war. Trying to always get the best expansion, but not so much that it hurts you in eq or otherwise

For someone who has sex regularly I can imagine this could be a problem. For me, I always did girth before sex as I was at my biggest. I really do not experience fatigue in the way most do but I can get to a fatigued state through post orgasm state.
 
I think sex is it's own kind of hormonal release. A lot of it is actually really good for you and in my experience it doesn't really seem to hurt expansion.
 
Yeah mike but you need to sex somebody you care about for the hormones to release, and that's alot easier for somebody with a rich soul as yours. For a wraith like me its only about spewing my ectoplasm yeaaah :cool:.

when coming off pills , my bodys heal time seems to get spazzed so that was probably it .

yesterday I resumed with some clamping only 5 minutes as was tight for time , so gonna get 10 -15 minutes of it in tonight hopefully and take my usual 3rd day off

well all went great , as today is my day off yesterday I did my regular old routine of clamping etc and dick is fine today .
