to tell the truth dld I am not all that fussed with the measuring , if I gain I gain if I don't , keep trying ... my motto on these things, the only reason I measure is to keep track to see if things are working or need tweaking my routine not to put pressure on gains.

also maybe I should do what I used to do every year just measure on my birthday :D

I didn't do anything else as noticed little purple/red splodge on a vein and didn't know if it was burst blood vessel but seem to of disappeared in the morning , so gonna resume training today and cut out the clamping and resume regular routine after next rest day

also I have been keeping up with my kegel routine everyday for a good 3 months now incase anyone is interested here it is

warm up : hold for 5 seconds release for 5 seconds 10 reps of these

main body of it : 30 solid clenches then 30 seconds break 5-7 reps
flutters , basically clench and release as fast as you can for 10 seconds and rest for 10 seconds 3 reps of these
then finally hold for a minute solid

no news on gains because I set myself a goal of no rulers or tape measures until 1/1/2016 :d but it does look thicker which is AWESOME and way more veins sprouting out and getting bigger veins connecting to other veins .

also I have no officially stopped all medications as of yesterday which means I can start taking the rest of my supplements I used to take on and off which is triublus , l argine , I also have some macca root and horny goat weed left over too

I always felt like anti depressants were like a band aid on a severed limb. They work for some people that are mildly depressed but anyone who's had a legimately rough go at it and has already seen too much you might as well make a machine that gives pats on the back and mononously says, "you are ok". And it's not even uncommon for them to have ridiculous side effects. Like hey, you're a little less able to percieve depression, but now your dick doesn't work; that's fine right?

Just don't hesitate to go back if the notion of suicide creeps up on you. It'll help enough for that at least. Really not fond of the things but in some cases they're better than the alternative.

Yeah my meds are starting to decrease in effectiveness but I am at the max dose so I am not sure what to do. I have kind of accepted that when winter comes I usually end up in the hospital. You know why we have these issues? We are too fucking smart:)!

yeah I was unwell very young and at the age of 7/8 is was getting very much an issue , an I couldn't tell family what was up ( still haven't) due to emotional maturity so I went 13 years of no help or anyone to talk to until at 20 I couldn't hold off the bad thoughts anymore , so I decided I'm gonna go to doctors and ask for help. the band aid thing is pretty much what the doctor said is pills aren't gonna help after we tried all options available apart from addictive ones without success , which I feel too as its like some things you cant un see guess I'm damaged beyond repair it would seem

I feel ya on this DLD , it used to just be December to feb was my rough period , but every year it gets worse and longer , mine start in September this year and last year it didn't end till march :/ I m just gonna try an focus on pe and my volunteer work to get through it . but I have a shit storm of problems ahead in next few months which is gonna be fun :/

yeah PE can have a harder greyer side but being capable enough to take those dark n tasteless days away is a quite pleasurable feeling...
