Even if it is a quick 5 minute session it keeps you head in the game. Too many days without training becomes a habit and will be detrimental to gains. When you feel you do not have what you need for a full workout get in something, anything to keep the fire burning.

yeah like yesterday all I got in was 10 min clamping then accidentally bust while "fluffing" up again , earlier I jacked off , so don't know whether to just do some pumping tonight as eq wont be there for clampig

Just get some basic stretching in, that is always easy and it will keep your spirit alive.

yeah I have been keeping up with exercises , just not with checking in here , focussing my energy on the exercises and not the documentation. but

22/2/17 2x10 min pumping 2 x10 min clamping

last 3 days I haven't done anything , due to feeling crap and a busy night , but ill be back at it tonight, I have been very conisistent most of this month , and will try best next month too and hope to keep the gains I had or at best make some tiny gains on top of them

I am a sufferer of mental ailments , and I had some recent changes in my schedule so it all kind of just threw me out of what :/:(

I am doing a little better now , did pe two days in a row and about to go do some tonight too which will make 3 .

PE can help keeps you busy...Stretching everyday exerciing everyday can be helpful the forums can be helpful too..We are all in this toegther hehe:)

Whenever you make a change or stop a habit or the like the mind will immediately look for a way to fill the void. In most cases we trade vice for vice or we create a new vice to fill the void. This is something I go through a lot, whenever a change happens I am thrown into a tizzy. For instance, I quit smoking 4 days go, unaware of the fact that I was leaving a void I ended up doing something I did not want to do (masturbate/adult entertainment) because I was off guard. I know now that any change will affect me and to be aware to fill it with something positive.

Long has it right and a great way to get through this is to dive deeper into PE. This can really keep you in the moment and focused. Remember, I suffer from many mental issues and I have conquered many of the problems they bring making them benefits. Utilize your deficiencies by making them efficient! :)

I think I am coming through the other end of this whack now , rocky few days again with like 1 out of 3 days with pe , but see what this weeks brings , this kind of stuff really halts gains

I am happy to hear that you are doing better. I am still going through the cigarette withdrawals which have been trying. I am trying to stay in the moment and be very thoughtful before doing anything as I believe that when in withdrawal from anything it is very important to make sure rational decisions are made. I was getting frustrated the other day with everything until I put 2 and 2 together to see that the withdrawals were the root of my issue. Today is better and I expect things to get better from here.
