Whenever you make a change or stop a habit or the like the mind will immediately look for a way to fill the void. In most cases we trade vice for vice or we create a new vice to fill the void. This is something I go through a lot, whenever a change happens I am thrown into a tizzy. For instance, I quit smoking 4 days go, unaware of the fact that I was leaving a void I ended up doing something I did not want to do (masturbate/adult entertainment) because I was off guard. I know now that any change will affect me and to be aware to fill it with something positive.
Long has it right and a great way to get through this is to dive deeper into PE. This can really keep you in the moment and focused. Remember, I suffer from many mental issues and I have conquered many of the problems they bring making them benefits. Utilize your deficiencies by making them efficient!
