i measured at the last day of february so i have a baseline.

usually when you don’t click post and you close the window; if you open a new window to the site it will usually bring up the same window with your text. It’s a sort of a tiny backup. I realize this after I wrote pages of information I think into the SRT thread and then I clicked the window out before I posted and I was pissed. So I just opened up a new window to the form and all of a sudden there was my whole post. So be sure to always open the window again to see if our server saved what you wrote.

I think you would fare much better if you follow the SRT version of pumping. Check out the 5×5×3 and give it a shot and watch how much expansion you get after one session. Please try it and let me know how it goes.
 
i am a little wary of doing 5x5x3 i am a bit damage phobic ( hate the tiny red dots i get). i am going to continue with regularly pumping first ( get consistency going) then maybe add atleast jelqing between sets. i am setting myself a goal of being consistent till end of may and see how i get on , if i am and i dont get results i will switch it schedule if i am not consistent i will just tell myself off lol

I was a little nervous about 5x5x3 as well, but I have had 0 red dots. I honestly feel like I probably have less because of swapping between exercises. By the way, I just came across your thread. Hope you've made great progress. What are you stats compared to your starting? Did you reach your goal of 9x6?

i get little red dots from pumping ( dont got above 5hg ) so thats why i am wary of 5x5x3 , i have done them in the past and got some expansion.

i don't know my starting girth but i have barely gained anything in that area and i really struggle with it which is what i want to work on.

but i have gained atleast 1.5inch plus on length i am comfortably around 8 at full mast at moment.
no where near my 6 in girth goal my first mile stone is 5.5 MSEG
 
Red dots are very normal for pretty much everybody and they always go away within a few hours. So I wouldn’t worry too much about that.

i’m happy that you got the motivation back up to start training again. And if you post every day in the brotherhood we will keep you accountable so you can stay in the game. If you find you’re too busy in life for PE I suggest putting together a stealth work out that would be used throughout the day with different pockets of time. Or perhaps go for length first and then girth later? Which sometimes is the best way for people who have problems focusing. Or you could go every other day length and girth. There’s many changes you can make that will make PE fit in your schedule. At the very least pick up a SiliStretcher so it can do the stretching for you when you do not feel like stretching.
 
yeah i did the go for length first before as i have gained a fair ammount in length and i am really needing girth.

i am taking the view of even 15 mins in a pump a day must help in the long run!

I would take that 15 minutes and turn it into the 5×5×3. You’re gonna see much more expansion but it will take twice as long. Check out the 5×5×3 and let me know what you think
 
i have been so run down atm really struggling with getting anything done think i have done like 12 PE sessions accross all of Mar and april so far.

have a bunch going. i will check in here when i can.

i think with doing such little PE i am going to condition myself first rather than jumping too deep first.

take care of what you need to take care of and get in what you can get in for PE to keep yourself in the game. Once you have all these things dealt with you can jump back in, but it’s important to take care of these things first.
 
yeah thats the thing.

i have done llike 2 maybe 3 very rubbish sessions this month ( if you can even call them that) but yeah steady life first then pick this back up

Don’t make the routine so complicated. Keep it very very simple until you can go full force. Simply getting in five minutes of stretching and five minutes of jelqing will keep you where you are or maybe even possibly give you some growth. I suggest doing this three times a week until you can really dedicate serious time.
 
just updating this for my own benefit here, i have been doing consistent pumping over the last week or so .

i couldnt find this thread LOL , i usually just use previous notification to go through but had to use the previous activity for myself as i couldnt find it in the sub forum of members routines and progress. maybe it is was just my broswer being buggy or i was dunk :D

there was some yes from my half of month of consistent work ( more recouped lost).

i have been unwell last two days and its not easing atm but i'll get back on to it ! can't do PE if i can barely sit up
