yeah which is what kept happening to me over last few years the entire winter and fall would be a whole vacation due to feeling like not doing anything

My belief is that PE should be something that you look forward to doing daily or even several times each day. Create a routine that shows results, (that will keep up the motivation) and fun (that will eliminate boredom) and then adjust your mind-set to enjoy the journey. There will be set-backs, but as in life, there always will be, try to look at those times as more challenges to your personal will-power than anything that might zap your energy. There's no better feeling than having that big dick swaying between your legs with each and every step...envision that for a while :)

I agree. To a certain extent you need to be obsessive about training. It should be a very exciting experience each time as you are making something happen that you never dreamed possible, a bigger dick. I mean, back it the day, when I found out that penis enlargement truly worked I was on it big time. I took advantage of every minute I could to gain more and more, to learn more and more and to discover new techniques and understandings. PE has consumed much of my life and I love that I am comfortable in this place. Remember, we are getting bigger dicks, we should kill to train!

Pe is lifestyle,is not that easy specially when life gets on its way,yesterday i didnt PE i was tired and i just took a shower i wnated to used my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] waterless but the suction was lame...n i just couldnt focus..luckily i used the PF ...
 
23/3/16 again another day off , really gonna try and get back into trying to do things daily again , I know I can do it so really need to push for that effort !

just had a shower , and my dick was fine this morning , I got a little semi when in the shower grabbed the base as I normally do just to make the head engorge for my amusement , get out the shower drying off and bam a bruise on my shaft which wasn't there this morning , guess I must of done it in the shower , not sure whether ot post picture or not , looks a little nasty and is right on a vein. I guess I am taking tomorrow and today off now :/ another set back ... rather pissed

Be sure not to work through this! Allow the bruise to yellow before starting erect work or girth work. It will take about 4 days to yellow and during that time you can still do flaccid length work. Working through a bruise can make it permanent.

yeah I am gonna wait , I can get erection fine and everything , I think it was just a blood blister that had a lot of blood , its gone from dark pruple red to a lighter purple but more red now , its only just under a cm , I just want to get back to training and increase my girth

yeah ti sucks as this halts and can reverse gains waiting , also you bruises go yellow? I have never had a bruise that goes yellow , mine go purple red and then disappear normally.

it is turning into a pink/red bruise now so things looking even better
 
update its even more pinkish red now and fading into my normal skin colour so by weekend should deffo be back to training, lesson learned don't tug on my junk in shower without warming up

yeah its barely visible now so tomorrow night gonna do jelqs and ssjs im gonna leave the pump for a week to not rush things
