2/3/16 was feeling rough today and hadn't eaten which show as 10 min pumping 10 min clamping gave me loads of red dots due to no food in system and weakness

You could use two smart strategies. The first is getting a wine-vac as this will allow you to get up to full intensity quicker and if necessary it will allow you to air pump when water is not available. Or you could do what I do and fill a pail with hot water and put a towel under the bucket and you can go as long as you like.

You could try that. I personally just put a bucket of hot water below where I am sitting with a towel on the floor. after the session I have good reason to wash the floors :)

4/3/16 2x10 min air pumpng in between each set I did 10 min clamping so 2x10 min clamping too and edged for a little while overall around 70 minute erection which is GREAT for keeping girth .

8/3/16 3x10 min pumping 2x10 min clamping , got some great expansion minimal fluid retention bar the glans ( im uncut) such a great session still feeling a little plumper 19 hours later and plan to re do the same routine. things are looking good I am also going to start taking macca , I have a bunch of it in pill form gonna do a few days on and few days off so body doesn't become dependant on the stuff.

side note overall not feeling too great except P.E wise where I feeling like I am actually getting stuff done which is a good thing to focus on when rest of stuff is not great . also in 2 months time I would of been here 2 years :O

yeah , I just so wish time would move faster so I can get my next work out in XD instead of having to wait .
