i added these into my routine in November , I didn't know they were called this haha , I discovered it on my own as I felt a great stretch from the core of ligs.

11/1/16 day off

also id ont know about everyone else but after I have like great expansion I always feel like for the next few days or however long I keep it up , the blood flow into my penis is like super loose , in the sense of I get super semi hard really easier and it just feels more full of blood which is a great feeling

Great concistency brother. I have the same feeling with the expansion as you described.

the feeling you get from just walking around hanging low and expanded is phenomenal! I'm starting to get to the point of having to think-about my underwear and pant choices due to a more pronounced girth and hang. I currently wear CK or Tommy H boxer briefs, are there any suggestions out there that provode a bit more concealment without having to go to 'tighty-whiteys'?

You will make it up next time. On an off day even a crap workout is keeping you in the game. They happen to all of us, it is the strong who make it through it.
