Great to hear that you are back at it. The only thing that might aggravate the bruise would be jelqing but if you have gotten through a session with no negatives you should be fine.

yah I was apprehensive about it , so I thought I would see how it went , woke up after last nights session bruise almost completely gone now , may take a week or two to get back to full work out , also I stopped my supplements for a month aswell , I take for a month then stop for a month , as I read having a constant flow can be bad or something .

I just take some l argine and tribulus

after the 5/6 days rest I feel all the gains I was making have gone visually and by feeling my penis which is a bit crap :/ doubt I ll make it back before 1st jan for measuring :/

yah all u can do . just sucks a whole bunch , I seem to really struggle with gaining girth and I thought I was making progress in last 3 months but then just looks like its gone . really hope next year I make a big change to get half an inch girth increase would be god send
 
Its tricky how you need to ride on that expansion while keeping good eq, so its like a tug of war. Trying to always get the best expansion, but not so much that it hurts you in eq or otherwise

For someone who has sex regularly I can imagine this could be a problem. For me, I always did girth before sex as I was at my biggest. I really do not experience fatigue in the way most do but I can get to a fatigued state through post orgasm state.
 
I think sex is it's own kind of hormonal release. A lot of it is actually really good for you and in my experience it doesn't really seem to hurt expansion.
 
Yeah mike but you need to sex somebody you care about for the hormones to release, and that's alot easier for somebody with a rich soul as yours. For a wraith like me its only about spewing my ectoplasm yeaaah :cool:.

recently recovering from a minor injury so cut back a lot and going to work back up to clamping and pumping again . don't wanna rush and get another injury

when coming off pills , my bodys heal time seems to get spazzed so that was probably it .

yesterday I resumed with some clamping only 5 minutes as was tight for time , so gonna get 10 -15 minutes of it in tonight hopefully and take my usual 3rd day off

well all went great , as today is my day off yesterday I did my regular old routine of clamping etc and dick is fine today .
