measuring seated is strange because the measurements are bigger than standing...

yeah I normally do dld but the first set of measurements on there was just a quick jot down so in future will be back to normal and easier to understand :D

well major fat pad may be the reason for that but am also going to work on that issue to at some point

my routine now is pump one day and then just jelqs the next , going to also try stretching on the pump day too ... also in like 4 uses of the pump with days off in between I went from just hitting 20cm to almost past21 which is a great sign , I know that after 10 mins of pumping the lig relaxes and lets the penis really stretch and come out which is why in the last minute of every 10 minute session when the penis is more elongated and ligs relaxed I squeeze the trigger twice for a higher pressure slightly then pull like a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] hardcore stretch to pull our the internal penis even more while the lig is relaxed... can feel very good stretch at my penis root near my ass ... would this be considered a expressive stretch dld?

Definitely a Expressive Stretch and sounds like a very effective one. I will give it a try.

Slammers are a great way to expand the head.

The vital part of Slammers is that you take exact measurements of head size before starting them and 3 months later to see gains. No one has really kept track like this and I would love to hear if permanent head expansion is possible.

I don't even know what one of them is ... plus don't want to have to much caffeine with starting these new pills as been having an awful time on them already :/

They are big in the Rave scene where people are staying awake for a couple days. These energy shots wake you up immediately. But if you have an issue with caffeine I would not advise using them.

ahh , I don't have an issue with caffeine just don't want to take many stimulants or anything while starting these new pills , was that tired yesterday I slept for 13 and half hours but I did get my workout in

I have noticed since being so tired from new pills that jelqing is causing red spots :/ so not sure whether to cut down on them an see what happens

I need to get 12 hours of sleep every night or I am miserable. Some people just need more rest than others. How much do you usually sleep?

before meds I only need 2-5 hours to feel right as rain as I don't sleep much anyway , last night I slept 13.5 hours and still knackered

It is crazy how much people differ in need of sleep. If I go off my meds and get manic I can get by on an hour a day, sometimes I won't sleep for 3-4 days at a time..when I am manic I am constantly going (probably the biggest reason I lose so much weight when it happens.) But when I come out of the Mania and land in depression my sleep patterns can be anywhere from 12-16 hours! Since I have started these new meds I am getting to bed about 12 and waking up around 11:30. This is as normal as it gets for me, I guess.
