31/5/15 had an awful night the day before and stretching just wasn't going anywhere so gave up on that in the morning and got pretty decent 300 jelqs in on the night

There is going to be good and bad days. I just had a terrible weekend with my exercises but today I was able to get a great session in. The trick to this is to take each workout as they come, good or bad, and have the determination to continue. I am glad to see you getting past the rough spots.

the workout wasn't the problem was just mental state at that time ::/ although really forced myself to get the full routine in today and I did

1/6/15 3x6x30 lig stretches 4x30 tunica stretches also added 50 jelqs so that's 350 jeqls today

going to add 50 jelqs each week

That is usually what it is for me, I know this because I can be in an exact situation in two different frames of mind, one will be hell while the other Heaven. I have learned to sit with my feelings and understand that things will pass and I can get back into the right frame of mind. I used to just see the whole day as a failure, now I can see that I was throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Things are good, things are bad but overall things are in the middle.

yeah that's why I did the second portion of my routine as I was feeling better . also was at doctors but we had more pressing things to talk about so ran out of time but back a gain in two weeks :D

Indeed they are and I am right in the middle of one today. Trying to keep my mind in the now and not worry too much on it. That is probably the best thing I have learned how to do is staying in the moment. When I can keep my mind in the now, nothing is wrong. Looking forward to a better evening and tomorrow:)

the jelq sessions weren't great due to me stopping at every 100th jelq to get more erect ish , should I just carry on jelqing or stop and get more erect ?

also little side note , bit more anxiety over girth but just going to try and plod on

Do you have any erotic material you can view while jelqing? This is all it takes for me to keep erect and avoid too many breaks to increase erection. But if you are already doing this there is nothing wrong with stopping every 100 to re-erect.

well I completely cut out adult entertainment , so I just use my brain :D but today had a great session so guess its a little all over place due to meds

Sorry to hear about the bruise, I advise you do hot wraps and deep tissue massage to help the bruise heal quicker. Once you start to see yellow about the bruise you can get back to work. If you go back to soon you may cause a permanent bruise mark. However, you can do length work during this time off from girth and it will not effect the bruise.

well at least I can do length , it doesn't even look like a bruise and doesn't hurt , it just looks like blood vessels popped under the skin . but guess I ll do stretches till its gone , I hope it isn't permanent mark as I was worried about that , was going to buy 1000 lemons and bleach it :D

It will go away and I am glad your were smart enough to take a break from girth until it has cleared up. I did not do this and 10 years later I still have a brusie.

I took a break from everything bar pc muscle routine , just aswell as been having super shit time too cause of meds so I welcome this little break ... silver linings and all

no problem dld , the bruise is look much better just red colour over my skin now , hope to get back to work soon .

also woke up with proper erection and decided to measure my girth , it had gone down due to all the down time though by like .3/4 of a cm but hope I can get it back soon enough and more

not not been doing anything , too scared , the red blotch has almost completely gone so two more days I reckon , have doctors in an hour so gonna see how things go.
