now to write up about what I was doing throughout the month on and off .

I found a hypnosis video ages ago online an downloaded as was free at the time , I later found it on youtube but the owner removed it and now is selling it on her site instead ( glad I got it free at the time)

now in a nut shell this video implies that it will grow your penis over time etc with repeated use , now from my understanding of hypnosis is its highly unlikely due to the cues the video gives during it ... it tell you that you are releasing the growth hormones that you released during puberty etc. now the interesting point it , at this cue when it says you are releasing hormones is where on the good times I was able to fall into trance due to some factors , that I got a rock hard boner like to the point of where it feel like I was actually exploding even verging on painful a little , I have never taken Viagra or anything but I imagine that is what it would be like , now on the good days this happened during the video I did feel a little thicker. from what I can try to explain in how this would be useful to PE is that it is like you are at your most erect at orgasm but more and if you can stay in the trance until the end of the video you ll get about 10 -14 minutes worth of this crazy erection which if you staying slightly more expanded then usual has to be useful.
now further on into the month I tried experimenting with other things , if I got the super erection I went into 20 minute edge session trying to keep that super erection which left my junk even looking a little red from how much blood was in there but kept a good plump look until next morning ... I also combine the original hypnosis video with another which would induce repeated orgasm / edging into orgasm an back , which was very good aswell !! not just for feeling good but it would keep the hardness of the other video through into second if I managed to stay relaxed etc , so around 50 minutes ish in the super hard state !!

another interesting thing I noticed on the real deep trance ones ( only managed to do a few times as I not great at falling under) it literally kind of feels like a priapism in the sense I felt the rush of erection faster then anything like it was forcing more blood into my dick that it could let out , which is why I said verging on pain a little , which is why I tried to keep it for a while as I know that priapism can lead to girth gains .

in the summer time I will try a proper month of this again an hope to yield better results . in the meantime I will watch it on and off jus for fun an maybe after a girth routine or something to keep a long super hard erection with ease .

I do see how this could maybe lead to results improving with other means of PE like stretches and jeqls etc . but alone unless you can fall deep into trance every time it would be a hard journey

Your thinking is totally in the right place. If we safely recreate priapism it gives great girth gains. The hypnosis thing is a little out there but if you are getting boners to last 45 min+ you are doing pretty good. Ballooning is very helpful to girth. That's why I think long hard sex is one of the best PE exercises, plus it's fun ;)

yeah and I sorely need girth gains , the orgasm denial / repeated ones could be very helpful as keeps your dick at max capacity for a while , if you are good at going under for hypnosis , I am very hit an miss with it but getting better when I have time to play around with it

only just been able to respond to this as has the site been down for a few days? the forum wouldn't load but mattersofsize.com would load

also not done anything since the 12/4 until today as rough week plus had some surgery done ( not penis ) . so been knocked on my ass a little .

18/4/15 did a few stretches not much just to loosen things up and will try to resume on Monday I think I am allowed to start doing things

also I have decided I have a goal of 9" BPEL anything over that I am not fussed , I have a very very long term goal of 6.5" girth midshaft which is just over an inch away :( but I have a goal to strive for... going to be a painful journey for me I think as girth seems to be super hard for me pardon the pun , hope to reach this by end of next year I hope

Girth was hard for me at one time but in my mind I was always thinking about length. I think when I shifted my focus to girth is when it became much easier to gain.

19/4/15 3x6x30 lig stretches 4x30 tunica stretches and im gonna do 300 jelqs later

also kinda did a new stretch to me out of experimenting with stretches out of fun , I invented a new stretch for me which I don't know if it exists . when I did it it kinda felt like the inside of my penis root right from the back near my ass was been really super hard pulled out / stretched felt great and a good sign of something being stretched .

its kind of a combo between tunica / expressive stretch if I had a name it .

this is how I done it : I get a whole hand grip around the top of shaft just below the head and pull straight out then with an ok sign kind of like a jelq I put that just below half way of shaft and pull down and more importantly out at the same time and as this is happening my first hand moves to up and out so I am getting the tunica stretched in opposite ways and the lig is getting double strength stretches which is why it felt so intense at the core of the root , I did like two of these in opposite directions and felt great... is this a new kind of stretch? or did I stumble upon an already made exercise and not invent anything :(

I think all of us tend to focus on either girth or length when we start out. Mostly length but some are more focused on girth.

yeah I think I was just happy to gain anything at the start :P plus I am 22 now so plenty of time to hit that girth gain and utilize the size afterwards , by 30 I think im gonna be 25" x 10" :P hehe
