01/09/14 - as I am measuring today I did my stretches an 300 jelqs first thing this morning its now evening so going to measure an do some clamping later on hopefully.

also a side note to get measuremnts for length I am bending the curve as straight as I can , which makes my nbpl hard to measure with a fat pad

I tried to measure as erect as I could cus I always find it hard to get 100% when measuring as my measurements were up and down these were the highest I got . as I didn't do any length exercises at all I wasn't surprised it remained the same ish , as for girth its on way back up yiss , I measured 13 when I wasn't fully hard so I know its cementing as if I wasn't rock hard an I was bigger then usual then must be a good sign , time to get a whole month in solid he hopes . thanks for the support dld an others who check in on the thread !!

4/09/14 3x6x30 stretches with 300 jelqs
5/09/14 did nothing as weird ache has appeared in the very top shaft right near the head , its kind of just a sudden dull ache then goes after lik e3-10 seconds . I felt around the area I cant feel a thrombosed vein but I wouldn't know what that felt like . I did do some tunica stretches but holding the base then bending in opposite direction on the day before maybe I have damaged the head/ top shaft where I hold for the stretches ? so I haven't done anything since . any advice dld

I was going to give it till next Friday then if I still getting a pain try to get a doctors visit
 
dld that pain I was on about in my previous post , it has subsided a little more after a hot bath today , so if it has fully gone I will resume working out

yeah the pain has fully gone , but I been a bit all over the place an done nothing at all for like 21 days now , I had trouble getting a erection too over the time since I had that pain , but I was getting them while asleep so wasn't mega worried I had broken my penis , due to being all over the place etc I having done no work , I am gonna try to start doing stuff again , erections still iffy due to state of mind but I can do stretching in the mean time , hopefully I ll be more active again

It is normal to feel frazzled after taking 3 weeks off, I suggest you start up again using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] to get your bearings straight and get back into a habit of routine. yeh of course dld , after that little injury / pain whatever it was super cautious now , still girth is a hard thing for me to get :/ which is what I really want . got a little bit going on this week so hopefully start on weekend
