For me, having something to look forward to always brings more motivation. A strict schedule is important but variety in the workout keeps things fresh and motivational.
 
well thought i would actually post what i did , i have been doing my stretches nearly every day , but today proper workout .

21/7/14 2 x (3x3x30) stretches (thought i would increase ammount) 4x30 tunica stretches an also 15 minis in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bm[/words] with 2 sets of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] ( 5mins each) an also on final [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bm[/words] set i did 300 jelqs an have a c ring on now ( tight ish one) to keep engorged

thanks dld , i have 5 inch girth midsaft an wish to get it to atleast 6 " , even more motivation is getting close with this girl i know which is gonna be my drive even more :P .

In using your penis you will be adding to gaining! The penis is like any other part of the body, if you do not use it you could loose some of the function. PE is not only about gaining, it is about using the penis for what is was created for.

Once you start doing Kegels you will become more and more responsible to do them daily. You can do them all day in every situation and this will continue to build the muscle strength to give better erections which will help aid in cementing new gains. In general Kegels are the best exercise to keep and improve good erection quality.

I get this pain when riding a bike myself and it does feel very much like the soreness in ligament stretching.

Give yourself another day to relax and heal. For me this soreness is gone after 24-48 hours.

i gave it another day , the pain didnt come back , but i did get it for like 30 seconds maybe i was sitting funny .

thanks for support dld , also i am getting the feeling while i am focussing on my girth work that the permanant gains with girth take a LONG time to cement haha , looks like life journey has begun . sayign that my clamped size is growing quickly which i hoping is a great size .

30/07/14 i think it was 20 mins of clamping today kinda lost track of time on the last set as was having a blast :P great expansion as i felt very full an kept a ring on after for about 20 minutes

so , for a rocky month an half since the start of junes measurements , i am very pleased that my midshaft has stayed a serious "YESS" haha an yeah , i think i needs to start exercising more as the nbp have gone down but that may be due to the sat down chilling in my room for 2 months , gonna take ever day as it comes this month an have a real crack of the whip .

also a side note yesterday morning i did do 15 mins clamping so i dunno if they would of affected my true girth measurements 26 hours on as i normally plan to take a days break before measure day , also EQ was fluxing due to me trying to measure so if these are low to my 100% EQ even better !!

yeah i do try an go for this as much as possible , either a c ring , edging session or both
