so , for a rocky month an half since the start of junes measurements , i am very pleased that my midshaft has stayed a serious "YESS" haha an yeah , i think i needs to start exercising more as the nbp have gone down but that may be due to the sat down chilling in my room for 2 months , gonna take ever day as it comes this month an have a real crack of the whip .
also a side note yesterday morning i did do 15 mins clamping so i dunno if they would of affected my true girth measurements 26 hours on as i normally plan to take a days break before measure day , also EQ was fluxing due to me trying to measure so if these are low to my 100% EQ even better !!
