so , for a rocky month an half since the start of junes measurements , i am very pleased that my midshaft has stayed a serious "YESS" haha an yeah , i think i needs to start exercising more as the nbp have gone down but that may be due to the sat down chilling in my room for 2 months , gonna take ever day as it comes this month an have a real crack of the whip .

also a side note yesterday morning i did do 15 mins clamping so i dunno if they would of affected my true girth measurements 26 hours on as i normally plan to take a days break before measure day , also EQ was fluxing due to me trying to measure so if these are low to my 100% EQ even better !!

Girth requires constant consistency to manifest gains so I kind of thought you may have not been too consistent in that area. Finding the time and privacy is difficult but creative thinking will help this and the desire to make it happen will fuel it. For me, when privacy was low, I used to get up an hour early to have the time to invest. In your case a 30 minute 5x5x3 session daily will be the consistency that will make it stick. I also used to get in 100 jelqs with every bathroom break, this would take 5 monies of so but it really kept expansion high and gains would manifest through this. Try to think more creatively on what you can do to make it happen and you will find your way.

yeah this is kinda what i guessed , also i just re measured girth day after measuring cus i had't worked out on the actual measure day an my mid girth was back down ot 12.8 ish which is where it hovers normally so yeah consistency is key , hopefully i can get on top of this , but once again am under the weather so only getting length work in mainly which isn't a bad thing

When we feel under the weather girth work can suffer but length is always an option no matter how we feel. Just put your trust in the fact that you are still enlarging, maybe only for length but there is plenty of time to work girth on better days.

yes what i was thinking any gain is better then no gain , also i have been doing kegels every morning for almost a week when i am just lying in bed so hopefully when i get back to girth i may have extra hardness :P

yeah , luckily i seem to have a naturally strong one , as no point if have a massive wang if it doesn't at least point out . atm i getting in some here and there not keeping track but i try to mix it between holding a logn squeeze and a short bursts

Thats the truth! A 8" penis that is soft and sloppy will do nothing for your mate and I can guaranty she would rather a 6" that is hard as steel. Kegels serve many functions and should never be passed up in a routine.
