Latex parts failure will depend upon how much you use them, cleaning, accidental sharp fingernail damage.
If you ball park 1 diaphragm/sluice every 14 days, you can go from there. You mileage will vary. Follow up orders for me, have been painless, so I say, do not go overboard, you can order more easily.
 
I noticed that the "basic system" on the website is cheaper than the "upgrade kit I." The only difference I can see is that the upgrade kit comes with something called a coupling socket but the basic system doesn't. I'm not sure what the socket is, but would it be possible to get the basic system to use with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]? Anyone ordered the basic kit vs the upgrade kit? The basic kit is $25 cheaper than the upgrade kit.

Clear all cookies and reopen the page. The special only appears on the first visit and it becomes cached, to have the discount to appear again simply refresh.

I really wish they could step up their service also but it seems they are constantly swamped with orders and they can only turn out so many. I think the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] is gonna be the only way to get past all these problems your having.
 
Coppershot, you don't need part #6 for the hose attachment, part 8.1 takes the place of it. I recommend the hose, I have both and immediately found it much easier to use the hose than the pump ball, it eliminates several steps.

Right now I'm using the normal size latex diaphram with a large sluice. I've been using the hose exclusively because it requires less finesse and fumbling than the ball. I'm still struggling with how much vacuum is needed to maintain a good hold without any slippage. I can get a decent grip without too much vacuum related stress (purple head, etc.) if I put minimal tension on but I can't seem to get close to 900 grams tension without slippage (if not much vacuum is used) or purple, blood flow restricted head (if more vacuum is used). I use the larger sluice for comfort reasons, not because my flaccid girth necessarily calls for it. I also have the medium reducer in the head unit and that seems to be the right fit, it's snug and I can't fit with the smallest reducer. Anyone have any tips on how to get a better grip without the vacuum related issues? I've read just about all the posts on the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words], a lot of you guys seem to be pros with this so please chime in!

Give yourself a few sessions to get your head around it. The vacuum connection is kind of tricky to get right but with practice it becomes easier and easier.
 
It takes a while to get used to, if you cant get it to work, the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] will work with the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] as well.

Looks simple from what you posted. Maybe a wider set clip but it looks to work fairly well.

I may still end up giving it a try, this [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] is giving me vacuum burn, for lack of a better term. My head is discolored even hours after I take off the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words]. Hopefully I'll find a way to minimize this or get conditioned enough to it to put in some serious hours. I think I figured out why this hasn't been working for me. After I remove the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words], I get the white coloring in a ring around the coronal ridge and up about a cm towards the end of the head. From that point forward to the tip of the head, I get the red/purple/dark coloring and this is where the discomfort is. I speculate that the reason for this is that the white area is the area that stays in constant contact with the head piece (for me) and the rest of the head does not make contact at all. I think the contact is critical for comfort since it provides a negative resistance to the vacuum pressure, so to speak. For those of you who get an even white color, or no discoloration at all, do you feel like you "fill out" the head piece? I think the diaphram does not provide enough resistance against the vacuum to prevent this entirely. I'm going to experiment with using multiple diaphrams, balloons, etc. to see if I can solve this, any feedback and thoughts are appreciated.

I have been using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] prior to putting on the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] so that I fill up the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] head and contact more of the inside surface, it helps tremendously. I first tried to make a silicone insert to basically reduce/customize the size of the inside of the headpiece. I made a silicone mold of my head, then poured silicone into the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] head piece and inserted the mold. I covered the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] head by sucking in a balloon to protect it before pouring in the silicone. It didn't work, but I learned something: latex inhibits the curing of platinum cure silicone. I ended up with a mess but the balloon kept the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] head safe. It might work if I use something other than latex, such as a piece of a nitrile glove, but I think the silicone, although platinum cure, does require air to cure as well, and this set up was air tight. Enough rambling, back to stretching!

Yea, I've seen a post about it here and there but nothing extensive and no one has worn it long enough to speak if it leading to actual gains. Although there are a ton of German forums discussing it. I've used google translate to try to figure out what's up but its tricky. It seems like there are some fit problems with the condom size and such but I wonder how different it may be from the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words]. The great thing about it is that the pump is attached to the device so unlike the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words], you don't have to walk around with a suction ball or hose in your pocket.

I just got my [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]Penimaster Pro[/words] in the mail, and I must say: this thing is comfortable!

I have never worn an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] before and I rarely do manual stretches, so this stretching sensation is quite new to me. I laughed the first time I read that some people feel the stretch all the way to their asshole, but now I know what they were talking about!

I was wondering: what tension should I start at? Right now, I'm at three lines. Is that too much? How long should my sessions be, in order to avoid injury etc? Thanks

It was shipped from Germany the 16th and arrived in Norway the 18th, spent two days in customs and arrived at my door this morning :)

I just finished two 30 min. sessions at low tension, however I'we not been able to get my glans 100% inside, resulting in a small "dimple" at the part of my glans closest to the upper shaft.
How do I know when I'we got the right pressure?
 
When the latex is new, its harder to draw in the whole glans.
What some do is just use the equipment to draw the diaphragm all the way into the chamber, and leave it overnight, to stretch it.
Some use a little more lube or a more slippery lube to assist in entry to the chamber.
If you have the hose, you can try that instead of the bulb pump.
Others suggest you allow more time for the glans to get drawn in.
You just want the smallest amount of vacuum to keep the glans in the chamber & not slip out.

Hey! I tried to leave the diaphragm all the way in the chamber overnight, and fittet the smalles set of rings. Comfort is waaay better and I'm completely "in" the chamber now :) Thanks for the tip!
This thing is actually so comfortable that I forget that I'm wearing it! I have worn it for close to three hours at low tension now (started at 500ish. Now It's down to 200ish).

Since I'm a newbie, how should I go forward in terms of duration of sessions, tension etc? Is 3h too long of a session for a newbie? My shaft kind of hurts for a few seconds when taking off the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
 
Some discomfort when dis-mounting is typical.
3 hr is the recommended limit by the manufacturer, then take a break, inspect.
I still run with 600 to 1000 grams after many years. Your choice, don't get carried away with the "more must be better" thinking.

3 hours seems a bit long for my taste, I would definitely become too cold at that length of time. I like 30 to 60 minutes with a 5 minute break to return circulation and get some angular stretches in, to add some icing to the cake.

I'm have been experimenting with different setups lately. I added the XL latex sluice yesterday, and it was much more comfortable, but I had to use more succion to avoid slipping, so I added the smallest sluice-rings. I need to play around with some different setups to see what fits me the most :)

I used to see it as a pain in the ass when I had to take off so much but once I realized the power of getting some angular stretches in, between the sets, I really saw how much of an impact they have. Yesterday was a "bad" day for extending. I had slipping, FR, swelling, sore glans and what not. I tried every possible combination of sluicerings, xl-sluice, more lube, less lube and what not..

So this morning I started with a fresh latex all over. The first hour went by perfectly in terms of comfort. However, i get a little swelling or something like that around my urethra. Why is that? Too much vacuum? Is it a matter of conditioning?

Sometimes I get similar "swelling" from my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions whenever i pump "too" much.
 
A couple thoughts.
The more you swell it, the easier it is to swell again. You may want NOT to pump before extending. I don't know if that is the case. Thats the conditioning aspect.

You may want to work up to higher tension, which might require more vacuum to stay in.
My opinion, some puffiness in the vicinity of the urethra/frennulum area seems to happen. Possibly vacuum or if you have not removed any extra air in the sluice/diaphragm cavity before mounting in.
Sometimes too much pull/grams of tension, can aggravate things. You are, exerting a pulling force directly upon the glans skin, urethra, frennulum areas; and they in turn pull on the shaft components of your penis. Lots of moving parts to think about.
 
Today's sessions was awesome! I did three two hours long session with great comfort! Not even puffiness around the urethra. I increased the tension, lowered the vacuum and used less lube. However, in doing so, my glans got a little 'deformed' for like 5 mins.

How many hours a day do you guys use an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]? I keep reading about maniacs spending 10+ hours a day extending. Two days ago, I tried to insert myself into the bulb without the sluicering and the latex sluice (in other words, just the bulb with the diaphragm). I found out that, even with max suction, I won't fit 100% in the bulb. There will always be two-three millimeters of glans sticking out.

Therefor I started to just suck ALL the air out of the bulb, seeing I actually fill the thing. No FR, No blisters (I make damn sure there's no air in the chamber, lol), no slipping and best of all: no discomfort! :)

I have been just too hung up on all the "don't use too much vacuum, or you'll get blisters and FR"-talk. Is there anyone else with similar experience? Does this mean that I should by the XL-head when/if it comes out?

Well, first I have heard of such a size problem ! Congrats. At last you can get "the show on the road".
(I tried this, no sluice or ring, but would not stay mounted.)
XL chamber ? If it is manufactured, you can gamble. For now, sounds like your good to go.
