Been awhile since I posted here in this thread.

Had a forced break from the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] as I lost my rotary valve stem (long story) and it took [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words] a month to send me a new one.
Maybe the break was good cause I have been rearing to get back at it and continue gains.After a week I have added 1/2" bars to my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and have been getting biggest flaccid size ever.
On my break my budd here 8inchcyclops encouraged me to start some manuals so I added them into while waiting for my part and now incorporate them into my everyday ...sometimes twice/morning/night.

Hoping the new stretched length(and thickness as well) turns into erect gains.

You know the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] is expensive for guys who haven't used it or are considering buying one and their service is very hit and miss (mostly to do with their shipper I think-DHL) but saying that this device is best I have used in Penis Enlargement and the stretch I get is incredible with the comfort level off the charts.

It works with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] .Thats what I have so what you need is the upgrade kit with the vacuum chamber.

Well just start using my [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PeniMaster Pro[/words]. I use the hose system to attach it... I guess this is as close as I'll ever get to sucking my own dick!

Any tips on how to keep your penis head from slipping out of the diaphragm? I make the suction as hard as possible but it still seems to gradually slip out. I also use minimal amounts of lube.

PS. I used twist ties to keep the head piece firm in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] rods
 
Your either over stretching it or the valve isnt fully closed

Hey Mike,

When you create the initial vacuum keep the pump ball or suction tube on the chamber for 30 seconds or more after you finish before you put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] .The glans is still expanding in the chamber and I find this helps prevent slippage.

I used the twist ties because the attachment piece that the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words] head clips into (the piece that slides into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] rods) is not solid on both sides. It slips out of place as you move around and I find it annoying, so I tie twist ties around the rods to keep it tight and from slipping out of place.
Does anyone know an easier idea to stop it from popping out of place?

I find it the best because it dries a bit and becomes very grippy.You will notice how well it grips when removing the chamber from your glans.It was designed as part of the overall system to increase grip like the stuff used to hold people's dentures in their gums.

Yes...I use some white electrical tape wrapped around the the 2 plastic posts once its attached to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] bars.Very secure !!

Try assisting the removal with a straightened paper clip and remember to take alot of deep breaths or say fuck alot so that you remain patient.

I guess I forgot to mention I take the piece on and off because I switch from the noose to the ball. I use the noose after manuals because I know the thing will stay on for two hours no problems. Then when I'm just stretching during other times of the day, I use the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words]. This seem like an okay idea to you?
 
Yeah its ok if thats what you have to do for now but the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] should stay on for as long as you want .I have left my on for up to 4 hours no problem.

I feel bad you have to use the noose and do the switching after you invested in the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] for the comfort!

Have you tried using either of the ring adapters to make the opening a bit smaller to prevent this slipping?

Well the thing is I have trouble getting my head in in the first place so I don't think they would work. I could try though. Also, the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] is so fucking bulky and I wear it at work... it's not really friendly for moving around and bending down. I will definitely try the rings though. I agree that the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] gives a better stretch as it is stretching more of the penis, but for now the noose is doing okay.

Have you read through this thread? There are many guys who are reporting excellent gains. ALso, take a look in the progress section, you will find routines, gains and progress there.
 
Do you have the bigger sluice pieces and bigger diaphrams.They should accomodate a bigger glans or do you have enormous mushroom head?

If you wear the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] with an elastic strap from [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words].com then you can bend down ,etc.Thats what I wear at work and its awesome.

Have you also tried more lube and pumping twice to get your glans in?

It's not that I have a big head, it just seems half the time I am aroused when I try to go into the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words].
Luckily, the problem has sorted itself out, as my jelqing at night has made it so my penis is a tad thicker now, and I no longer fall out of the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words].

My only concern now is how long does each sluice last? Turns out the sluice was stretched out so bad that it would no longer stay on the head piece. This sluice was only about a week old and had maybe 10 hours on it. One thing I do like about the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] is that it gives a nice "vacuum boa constrictor" exercise to the head just by wearing it. I agree with dick that constant tension is the way to go. From my experience you won't gain any erect length until about 4-6 weeks of constant stretching in a stretcher at at least 900 grams tension. just flaccid gains but i think these are a prelude to true gains. There seems to be a certain number of hrs that one must hit before the body response mechanism of duplication of cell actualy happens and if you have breaks of more then a day or 2 it really sets you back. it seems to take about 300-600 hrs to get the gains started then if you keep wearing the device you keep gaining. before this point its more about causing the trauma to the penis.

my major problem is after my fist erect 1inch gain of real dedicated use of my first stretcher not missing more than one day i started to get skin tears behind the glands. Ive got the same problem seven-up and i still can't get the valve out of the pump ball its kind of driving me crazy?:(
 
No Mike ,only temp head gains but I have flaccid length and permanent erect length gains.

The noose caused the skin tears it seem to be once i felt like it was looking longer the skin behind the head would dry out and crack. Not fun.i then got the grip system but didn't stick with it for more then a month due to the skin on the my penis head drying out then pealing. Then the andromedical then the static strecher hd and medium and i have the modified head piece from auto [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and some of his sleeves for just keeping it extended. I have been doing pe on and off for like 8 years with huge time periods off. I started around 5.8 bpel e.g. I think was 4.75 not impressive current is 7.75 bpel and 5.5 mid shaft my goal is to hit 8.25 nbp 6.5 to 7 e.g. I'm following dld girth program and hope to see some gains as the wife thinks i'm long enough but she would like it fatter. Well I got the valve out of the pumP but still can't get in the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] I'm going have to see if I can sell it and buy the head attatcHydromaxent at auto [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] :(

I had the same problem with the pump, luckily I also had the hose, which was much easier and got better suction.

Oh fuck this device is isaac newton grade eureka stuff. I finally was able to get the pump going correctly. I just didn't turn the base of the valve strong enough for it to turn so i thought it was static and going freaking nuts over the mechanics, but i'm happy to say i'm on day 3 of using it.

This thing tugs the crap out of you, honestly shocked by the sheer force of it. And when pulling out the head is seriously thicked out. I did a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session afterwards and all i can say is "rocco, non sei solo" lol

Ok excited to get some action going but i want to monk in for at least a full month with minimum 6 hour stretches per day with 2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions and nighttime slow pump with my vitallus. This stuff is a great PM add-on :)

It is a ridickulous piece of Penis Enlargement equipment for the stretch you get and the amount of force you apply.

Recently I have added 1" bars over 2 weeks period so am super stoked.I have added in 10 minutes of manuals each day which helped me get the new bars added to my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

Hoping the new stretched length is going to add to my erect length soon.

How is your experience with the vitallus?

How does the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] differ from what you are using now? Also, I see you made gains with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words]. It is hard or difficult to put on and off and were you able to sleep at night with it on? This is what I am planning on doing. Your advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am using 12 cm of rods (4+6+2 ), is 12 cm rods good to start with ?

I didn't get any erect length gains from using it tho...if you followed the thread to the end I stated that after I measured.

THe Vitallus is pretty good as it stretches your cc over time instead of giving your shaft the hardcore outer space bloat. The issue i have with it is the inner latex cylinder which doesn't last long enough but i might try to find someone who could possibly provide a cheaper version of it. Oh, and the manufacturer doesn't ship outside of europe so i have to go through another person.

But hey, [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] it is for now on the daily :) Still in awe at the stretch it gives through the entire shaft. I had difficulties getting to this stretch with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] but it's a piece of cake with this one. Can't start to imagine how this is going to change my gains.
