hey irspow, your theory is amzing me right now, ive been using the pm for 18 days and its unbelievable but its a lil hard to maintain a high stretch for real long hours alyjough i can do a few at a time.

just a quick thing, im 6.9 inches erect, do i stretch more than that or do i stretch at a lower tension, say above flaccid for real long hours?

Those stretches made it possible for me to an one big bar in a short amount of time. I completely forgot about those stretches after I bought the PM pro, so today I kind of experimented with the again. I have an idea that some of my gain is from straightening the slight curve that I have, some like their curve, but I personally want my wood to be as straight as possible.
Incorporating the idea behind the bridge-stretches and my wish to have a penis straight like a pole I sort of took the bridge-stretches to a new level. See

My curve is to the left, and with these stretches I feel the left side burning like crazy. I am very positive that these stretches will speed up the process.
