Yeah I'm just edging back into Penis Enlargement as I had a break for a few months. I may look at hanging in the future but I'd rather make gains through hands, [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as hanging looks a pain in the ass. I'm injured with a T-vein at the moment but will certainly look into, thanks for the advice ;)

Good plan. Keeping it simple. From what I've observed it's easy for men to loose weight in comparison to women. We just say, "Alright fewer carbs and walking". People often come to me for fitness/bodybuilding whatever advice and half of them can't get their minds around the simplicity of it.

I'm also losing weight (though slower) and i have also effectively lost 24lb just by cutting out takeaways and i have still eaten chips at home (makes one wonder just what they put in pizzas, kebabs ect..). I have a much bigger hurdle than SS however (peaked at 304lb, now 280lb).

Well done rakas, that's exactly what I do, cut out the takeaways and other bad stuff, we all know the foods to avoid really. It's just one of those things that looks easy to do but it's just maintaing it. Just like Penis Enlargement I suppose :P.

I did not see that article my Mike, please link me. I am a strong believer in there is no limit to stretching while flaccid. The more you get it the faster you will make gains.

I, personally, did not notice this in my time training. Most days I went way overboard with stretching. There were days that I did so much girth work I would experience complete fatigue. To me, the more I am stretching the longer I am getting. However, some men do respond better to less Penis Enlargement and more breaks so Mike may be on spot with that group of the members. Penis Enlargement becomes highly personal and specialized to the mans particular preferences, after someone has been training for a while they find what works and what does not work, for them.
 
Hey guys been off last few days with a T-vein which I think has healed up now. I'm going to give it over the weekend before I commence Penis Enlargement.
