Just a heads up Brother, if you have the strength of an indiot

, like I do, be careful with the manual stretches! You can pull manually WAAAAAY harder than an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]! You can rather easily "stretch" to injury with your hands if you find a good enough grip. I have eased up considerably with my manual stretching intensity from the beginning when I had no fear of ripping my dick off
What I have learned myself, is that application of constant high heat while manual stretching allows considerably more stretch with less force. (Due to the lowering of the tensile strength of the collagen while heated considerably) Also, in my opinion, sets are inefficient and don't allow the best stretch to take place. For example, each set allows for the same stretch to take place, but a continuous stretch while intermittently increasing force allows greater stretch to take place. (Note: kegel your ass off while continuously extended between periods of increasing intensity) Each minute or so, stretch just a little farther, it may only be a millimeter or two

(and often considerably more, but it is more stretch than you would get with a "new set". Just my experience anyway.
What you have to find out for yourself is what grip allows you to do this without cutting off circulation is all. Just my two cents

For me, this means directing most of the "gripping force" to the sides of the glans which gives a good "internal" feel as well. It seems that when the top and bottom of the penis are under too much constriction, blood flow is almost completely shut off. I understand that CS supplies the glans with its blood on the bottom, and it seems that the dorsal area top-center has a lot of influence on allowing blood into the penis as well (besides having all of those sensitive nerves that we don't want to injure LOL)
Now if you have read all of my rambling in the overall forum, you know that I would urge you to rest as little as possible. (Barring recovery from injury of course.) But you are quite smart to stay "wrapped" when not working out! (Damn, I wish that I could figure out a way to wrap without losing circulation...

For what it is worth, I think that all of that time you spent in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] was fabulous. That was actually textbook Penis Enlargement efficiency in my mind. Just wondering...why would you abandon that? Are you seeking "quicker" gains? Either way, I don't see manual exercise hurting your progress unless it causes you to lose time under force overall. If the high intensity of manuals causes you to spend less time under force though, it may slow your progress. But we are all here experimenting on what works best for our bodies right?
I would also like to say, while the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] time you have put in is amazing, and I think a very good practice due to how the cell cycle works, that perhaps you have neglected engorgement exercises a little too much. Just my opinion. I don't go crazy anymore with the super intense engorgement, but I do always spend SOME time engorging to maximum, if for no other reason that to see my true potential erection at any point in time. While our goal is too maximize the number of new cells over time, the reason that we do this is to allow for more and more blood to eventually be able to enter the penis. So we are trying to increase the volume of our penis to allow a larger volume of blood to occupy that space. Don't get me wrong, I spend most of my time on increasing length myself, but overall volume is what we really want to achieve in the long run. (HAHA, no one wants a 10X4 erection!

Anyway, if you notice when you stretch, you will see that the penis contracts radially to "supply" the longitudinal elasticity. This constricts blood flow to an extent as well. At some point while we lengthen our penises, we have to add to the penis radially, girth, so that further elongation is possible given the structure of the penis. You can only spread peanut butter so thin LOL So make sure to spend some time ballooning your penis, that is going to have a bigger impact on the overall volume, which you will see in length and girth, over time.
