I've found the same thing I got the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 2 days ago, and if I wear it. My head/glans goes purple in a matter of minutes, also, I use the brown gel like thingy and over that I put the foam, I'm uncircumcised so it's hard for me to remove all the skin.

How did you took care off getting your head purple ?

For me personally my glans always go purple. I don't worry about it that much - when we extend, pressure is being applied below the glans, therefore blood circulation is lost. I never extend for more than 1 hour because of this.
But If my glans start to go Numb - I worry and remove shortly afterwards

I think most people experience what we experience.

For me I always do first set 1 hour - then the sets drop to 45 mins then to 30mins due to discomfort. I need to sort my wrap up. Still learning what materials I like :) I try to split my routine to morning and evening.
Yes I take between 5-10 mins break of intense manual stretching and getting the circulation back.

I have started warming up with rice socks recently. There are many theory's - I've read how you shouldn't warm up because you "damage" the penis faster and therefore growth occurs faster - but that is probably just bro science.

I know irspow has a theory on heating the penis (collagen) to a certain temp 110 degrees I think - also damaging the collegen - thus making gains faster ( I think that is his theory) you should go check out his posts. He has a lot of interesting ideas :). Warming up can help prevent serious injuries too.

So heating up as hot as I can is the best ?
And manual stretches just basic set right, straight out, left and right, and down left and right etc ?
And, what do I do with the big black thing in the case ? I don't know what it is, still got it wrapped in the foil lol.

I dont remember the names of all of them. But they are all in redzulus lenght workout.

Dld blasters.
Mandingos lenght secret.
And some other exercises are extremely good for lenght work. Since they hit the cock in a whole new level.
If you have only been doing stanard stretches (out front and to the sides down and up) you will be in for a treat.

One of my best Penis Enlargement sessions to date. Haha thanks man :) what are your views on tension - i remember you posted something about it.

I did prefer high tension but I think medium tension with more hours is the way to go. I think as long as there is tension on your penis - you're going to grow. I find doing intense stretching causes pain - therefore making workouts a drag and not something to look forward to.

Your thoughts??

(Yet! :D) But what I have read regarding the tunica says that its normal tensile strength (at around body temperature) is roughly 4.5 pounds. That means you would need to exert a force just slightly greater than that to actually make those collagen fibers lose connection to their adjacent fibers. You can technically "stretch" the tissues of the penis at any level beyond their normal state. "Stretching" the fibers is good for Penis Enlargement too. So what is the advantage of stretching outside of the golden "two hour" phase? Well, first, at any point in time there are daughter cells which have not grown to parent size yet. What feels "intense" on the macro level, has little to do with what is happening at the microscopic level. Ask yourself this, who would gain more from Penis Enlargement? A man who did the most intense Penis Enlargement workout imaginable for a month, or a man who did a moderate workout for over 30 years? Now shrink that idea down to hours?

My humble opinion only, I feel that the best designs, such as the one that you have, are not up to my personal standards. :D (Although I may break down and get an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] myself at some point.) I am currently looking into how I would design one for myself if I didn't know such a thing ever existed before. I spent all of that freaking money going to school for ME, I might as well use it. LOL

Been a really lazy day - just sat watching films and playing some halo :)

Added in some Jelqs tonight, I Havan't done them in a while - then went straight into the edge (I always finish after an edge session)

I tried to measure my NBPFSL with a tape measure (still can't find my ruler - may have to buy another) and pointing down it was aprox 6.75 and pointing straight out it was about 6.5 - but I will take pics of my BPFSL soon. :)

Snake I highly recommend bundled stretches for your manual work. These are the most intense manual stretches and they add girth also. You play Halo? what's your tag I could kick your ass lol
