So starting to add some manual back into my routine now - its been a few weeks.
I do a mixture of BTC and downward stretches mixed with some advanced stretches.
Really good workout today my entire shaft aches which I havan't felt that in a while!
Going back to the gym this week try and get some abs for summer!
