What you say with the whole patience and that the body cant be forced into the biological change is exact and proven Science. With regards to fitness is the same, but many men will never train properly in a million years as the 'More is better' attitude and being at the gym 5 times a week for several hours a sitting is the common misconception .. we know better and I salute you sir for seeing that. I hope your not reffering to the dogmatic lucky gainers as ones like me as I'm not dogmatic with this whole clamping-thing but rather believe in its merit and workings for me, and just wanted to try to get that out to the mass here. I do accept others views and respect them, it didnt work well for you and sadly that is something that happens with many ventures in this lifetime .. it aint going to work for eveyone, like hanging weights from the penis doesnt work for everyone ... but you TRIED and thats all that matters plus the fact you have information from that experience to share now with others and this is VALUED .. dont be afraid of those who flame! Well, sure as you we're saying, its patience and is exactly along those lines I preach which is intense sessions done on a irreguler basis such as every 4-7 days and more when your advanced. The body NEEDS time to repair itself with stores of energy thats reserved when such emergencies occur and than and only than will growth occur. Allot of folk who see gains especially in girth over a few days are merely looking at fluid and a swollen penis from the exercise, the bodies way of fighting what just occured to it and the initial shock placed to the body i.e. we know what a overzelous pumping session does!

As I said, I have nothing against any of the members here. Just stating in this forum some of my findings, and my personal take on Extreme clamping. For some it might work just fine. ;)

Cool my freind. I havent been doing any pe for awhile but I sense my length has grown slightly, maybe 1/4 inch or slightly less. Seems to me its longer erect than it was in the ''old'' days and thats from now Penis Enlargement!! I would love to be around 9 inches erect length .. that would be the iceing on the cake for me .. than sort my bollocks out and get them hanging lower to rid that turkey neck I have .. sorted.

Remii, after your serious injury and the catheter being inserted inside you I do not think you should ever try clamping again.

Alright, so if less can be more, perhaps what is needed is a push-pull strategy. Alternate days between intense clamping and intense stretching, including twisted/bundled/whatever you call them stretches to target the tunica.

That in no way represents the 'less is more' concept. To the body, both of those are actions which merit an inflammatory response. In short, you will quickly get overtrained.

I want to comment on what an important thread this is. Training girth most of us have wavered from one end to the other and here we sit still. I recently re-read BigGirthas posts on Thunder's (who achieved 2 inches of girth increase) who advocated sub maximum clamping for longer periods throughout the day, every day. This type of training for me is far less tiring than 100% clamping even for only a few sets in one day. I have done the routine for 3 weeks and my girth is going in the right direction. the problem is I cannot comment on what has actually been gained as I am constantly experiencing temporary gains as well from the work.

It makes sense to me that if EQ is strong, more tunica expanding would provide more gains than less. That means both in time and in tension. The way to gauge this in my eyes is to lessen the tension enough to produce more time.

... But then again, that is what this topic is trying to answer. What is really best. To me, whatever is gaining people the most girth is best.

Penis Enlargement is not only a psychological addiction, it's a physical addiction. I keep thinking about it all the time, feeling weak over my body, and other things, when I am not stretching my cock(hanging/ADS) or working it with my hands or a pump.

I don't know if I could honestly "quit" for a month, oh, the horror!
 
Great try but most probably not enough in time and intensity.
5 weeks daily clamping and never sore means not enough intensity.
5 weeks is good but not enough. I did several 2-6 weeks campaigns and did gain only minimally from them.

Have to go towards some fatigue and soreness either via intensity, frequency or duration.
