Okay, guys I am starting DLD's Newbie Routine tomorrow and need some beginners advice. I am not really new to PE, but I would like to start off with a beginners mindset.

One of the reasons I believe I did not gain in the past is because I was pulling to hard from the beginning with too much force and, of course giving up to soon.

Here are my questions

You should measure after 6 months is up to see erect gains?

Should I chart my bone pressed flaccid stretch every day after a workout?

Do you guys believe it is alright to masturbate after your routine like 3-4 hours?

I would schedule measurements every 90 days. I would encourage you to measure girth after every session to be sure you are getting good expansion. I would also check your Flaccid-Stretches, Bone-Pressed length every 7-14 days to be sure you are seeing gains there too. I also suggest that you add Biundled Stretches into the Newbie Routine. 5 minutes at the start is plenty.

With as much strength as possible. Hand stretching will never be so strong to cause an injury, the hands are just not strong enough. This is the reason the LengthMaster was made, because men could not stretch hard enough without slippage. The biggest thing with hand stretching that can cause injury is quick, jerky stretches, a stretch should be slow to full intensity and held with strength for 30-60 seconds.
