Before the session

Hot wrap warm-up for 10-15 mins with whatever you like such as hot cloth around your dick, very important to get good blood flow to improve circulation and prevent injuries.

What your session involves

X3 10 minute sets with approx 2 mins between them useing 3 different exercises.

Clamped Jelqs - overall penile health and great mass producer, gets your blood flow going.

Clamped Horses - Builds thickness to specific areas on your penis and is very intense. The best girth exercise imo.

Clamped Edgeing - Done last engorge everything that was expanded in the previous work and works very well for overall growth of the penis by time under engorgent if you will and by this I mean when your clamping with this non-stop in that position fully erect while being aroused its how the exercise works best, the time spent at fullness maximum engorgement helps expand and develop the internal penis and this also helps with lasting longer in bed if you take your arousal to just before the point of no return and than keep comming back.

The routine

x1 clamped Jelqing for 10 mins

Rest

x1 Clamped Horses for 10 mins

Rest

x1 Clamped Edgeing for 10 mins

Afterwards

Once complete you should do some helishakes which are just grabbing your penis at the base and shakeing it around like a helicopter blade to get circulation around.

Do a very light and gentle jelq session aswell and this does not need to be done erect and semi or flaccid will do. Lasts around 2-5 mins to warm down.

Do this 2 days on 1 day off for 2 weeks and let me know how it goes.
The days will than change alongwith the intensity involved.

The routine and why

One day on one day off to start with and this is because your penis is fresh and we're hitting both length and girth. Length say Monday than off Tuesday than Girth Wednesdat, off Thursday and length again Friday etc.

Gives time for rest and recovery

The length routine

Warm up beforehand with a hot flannell in the sink and wrapped around your penis for approx 5-10 mins.

DLD blasters

One set of 15 reps holding for a good stretch until you cant hold anylonger but a guideline is around 10 seconds.

(formula 5sec Kegel, 5 sec Reverse Kegel= One rep. x 15)

DLD squat behind the cheek rotaries

One set of 15 reps eachside holding for a good stretch until the burning feeling makes you stop the hold which varies with each person.

10 mins spent here

Ultimate Penis Enlargement exercise

One set of 15 reps holding for a good stretch until you cant hold anymore due to the stress but approx 10 seconds per hold is good to start with.

10 mins also spent here

Warm down the same as you warmed up

That was your length routine and is useing very powerful exercises to stretch you ligaments and work the outside portion of the tunica [internal penis] for length gains.

Total time spent it 30 minutes and than its one day off

Fell free to do lazy ass stretches and under the leg stretches throughout the day when you like as they are simple to do.

Girth attack

Your going to need a clamp or cock ring because these are done constricted.

If you dont have them than use shoe lace but thicker is better and tie that in a slip or loopknot.

Firstly warm up like in the length routine.

To start its the clamped wet jelq. Learn how to wet jelq by reading this thread but your doing it clamped and for 10 minutes non-stop at the highest erection percentage as you can for that duration, so do read the guide. Do these with variations in slow and fast motions but with a good grip to push the blood well through the penis.

Total time is 10 mins

Horse squeezes come next and you need to have read the guide to understand my method of doing these but can read about the standard horse squeeze here

Work with them by splitting your penis into three pieces and engorge those areas, holding each area at maximum engorgement over and over for the 10 mins.


Edgeing. This can be read about here and also called balooning. Its in the guide so please check it out for more info.

All exercises done for 10 minutes and keep at MAXIMUM erection the whole time for your girth work and really go for it.

Warm down like in the length work

Take one day off and the nextime you do pe again your back on your length session.

I hope this makes sense and any questions than please ask. Its done on a 1 on 1 off basis with length and girth done seperatley.

You'll see good gains in 6-8 weeks time but after 2 weeks of doing this routine let me know how its going.

This routine was carefully made by me and wasnt done in 5 minutes I can tell you now! but will give the user gains in length and girth over a short time span because the exercises are all very powerful in how they work with the DLD blasters being probably the best proven manuel length exercise to date and the horse squeezes being my fav girth exercise that helped mold my cock into what it is today.

I dont usually do these custom routines and have done another today for someone else but wont make a habit of this as it does take time :cool: I think about the whole process carefully and anyone who wants a routine than feel free to borrow this one for girth and the other in this thread for overall length and girth gains.

I dont mind doing smaller routines often for specialities like head enlargement, wider penis etc but if I have 10 guys asking for routines I will get a head fuck :O LMAO my mind goes funny.

Just finished the routine and have a few points:

- During the clamped wet jelqs I found myself going softer quite quickly and quite often. Will this improve over time or should I just keep restimulating as soon as I go soft or just carry on jelqing?

- Horse squeezes went well I think, I am doing it right, right? (OK Grip with thumb and first finger mid shaft - squeeze for 1 minute then restimulate) Would that not just be a normal squeeze, or is that just what horse squeezes are?

- I messed up on the edging, it was my favourite part though ;) Basically I got 2 or 3 times before I accidentally went over the PONR on the fourth go and came. This was around 6 or 7 mins into the set. I'm sure this will improve as my awareness increases.


All in all, I like the routine as it didn't get boring and I can get it done in around an hour before bed. Will be repeating it tomorrow, would just like your thoughts on said points.

#1] In time you wont go soft as much dureing the wet jelqs and infact it would help than if you did regular kegel exercise throughout the day when you can and its simple. Just flex your P'C' muscle, which is felt when you hold your urine in midflow and simply flex it on and off on and off until you get bored or it tires. Do it often and also holds, where you squeeze.

This will give you better erections, better orgasm and last longer.

#2] With the horse squeezes the way I do them, yes you have it correct but I assume you are clamped at the base already? so with the free hand you than simply for example clamp off with the hand 1 inch or 1/2 inch below the glans tightly and hold.

The whole area trapped between that space and the base is now engorged, you see.

Once that area is done you can now move further down the shaft with that free hand, say mid-shaft and clamp wth the hand in that region, still the clamp stays at the base.

When that is done move down further so your now 1 1/2 inches or so from the base clamp and repeat.

Keep doing thios starting again from the top for your whole 10 minutes or focus on the parts you wish to thicken, such as the region around the glans and infact you can use that to make your head larger, by holding underneath the glans and dont be alarmed if the head feels like it will explode ;) you may see rough looking surface when you do that aswell, nothing to worry about.

#3] No problems its your first go but dont make a habit of it.

The DLD blasters are the best proven manuel length exercise in existence, with more results from that than anyother manuel pe exercise, this is a fact. It has grown more inches than anything else and was dld's bread and butter in the start, but also made his length what it is, thanks to him we have this method public for free.

The DLD squat behind the cheek rotary stretch is very intense on the ligaments and is easier to do than various methods that attack the ligament in the same manner around at the moment because little learning curve to follow and members are already reporting good results from it.

Its DLDs newest stretch and like the blasters hits the ligaments but its working with a twisting action, so the ligament is being pulled away at the base ... its not the same than as the blasters, but compliments it.

Blue_Whales ultimate Penis Enlargement exercise otherwise known as the ''__________ secret'' has already helped several guys gain inches in length and is really intense method that the maker himself claims will make you huge. It works by mainly stretching the outer tunica but also some ligament, so it works differently than the prevous two exercises you will be doing here.

Lastly and a late addition to this routine is the DLD expressive stretches. These are one of a kind in that they stretch out the inner penis, the part of the penis that is inside the body and cant be seen right now. We have lots of inner penis inside of us that stretches dont target directly and only indirectly but this stretch hits it directly.

So with this routine you have ligament attack, external tunica stretching and internal tunica [inner penis] stretching, so all bases are covered for the best length results.

When to do

To start with use 2 days on 1 day off and keep doing that for 2 weeks and let me know how its going and the routine can be ammended than for more intensity aswell or swap something around maybe.

What else will I need

I would suggest if you can, purchase the power assist because you can do your manuel work much more intense with that especially with the first, third and fourth stretches I talk about here, more so with the fourth stretch.

How long before I see results

Usually in 4-8 weeks you see changes in your size but these will be temp to start with and its only after 6-8 months of regular exercise that it becomes permanent.

Heres what to do than

Also do these bundled like the creator describes but for the first few sessions do them un-bundled to get a feel for the movement first than try it.

DLDs expressive stretches

One set of 15 holds for a very intense stretch lasting for aslong as you can because this stretch is very poweful and intense. Try for 10 seconds and keep going for more eachtime. When you do this try not to kegel and to relax the area by doing reverse kegels, otherwise you feel more resistence in the area from the muscles.

Its best done in a power assist but if you dont have one all is not lost but its easier with the PA. More info on the expressive stretches here.

10 mins again spent with that stretch.

Lastly warm down the same as you warmed up.

Finish

That was your length routine and is useing very powerful exercises to stretch you ligaments and work the outside portion of the tunica [internal penis] for length gains plus hittng the hard to reach inner penis.

When all three areas are hit you will see length gains really well especially if you use intensity with rest and not do marathon sessions.

Total time spent it 40 minutes which is plenty of time but do make the stretches intense when you do them and if your uncut than retract your foreskin back while doing these so your not stretching loads of skin, this doenst apply with expressive stretches.

To improve grip use wrapping underneath the glans or a cloth.

Hey Red, I want to adress an issue I have with stretching and using the BC.

You mentioned that stretching with your glans "uncovered" was very productive. I would like to try this and add it to my routine,but The thing is that if I stretch without my skin covering the glans I get erect very easily. Any major tip for me to counquer this?

But perhaps semi erect stretching would be the best of two worlds as erect stretching has given many good gains?

Second question is related to the BC muscle, some guys stretch out their penis and kegel while doing so. But the idea of the kegel is to induce more blood into the penis and causing an erection...any comments if one should combine stretching & kegels?
 
A tip to counquer the erection issue could be to pull on your scrotum with the freehand, that worked for me and distracted it. I didnt get the erections bad when the skin was pulled back and once you get used to it, that should subside ... just keeping doing it.

Hey red I feel clamping is tight one question I dnt have a clamp can I use a shoe string or something else I should use around the house also I've been doing the newbie routine for a mnth now I have made almost a 1/2 inch in length girth is the same but I notice my penis is more girth at 80% erection but longer and less girth at 100% y is that and should I start this maybe once a week with the newbie routine

Im sure you have been asked this type of question many many times. I have being doing Penis Enlargement for about 10 weeks, gained 0.5" length but have never really done any girth work (like 5 sessions of jelqs). My MSEG is only 4.75" so this is something I should be working on, my goal is at least 5.5".

I would like to start clamping as I really struggle to do a good jelqing session as I often loose erection and clamping appeals to me because of the gains and the short period of time needed. I read a lot about the need to have been doing Penis Enlargement before you clamp, do you think it would be safe for me to clamp now? If so, what kind of routine would it be? Im guessing something like 3x 5min sessions every other day?

1) Sure you can use a shoe string or something else instead of a cable clamp but makesure its not something that you cant get off.

2) Very good gains indeed welldone :)

3) What you see with the girth being bigger at 80% to 100% and the length being longer with less girth is seemingly normal for us all incl me and I have asked myself that question a few times :s I think its to do with the penis being like a balloon and when we are semi to 80% erect its more wider and fatter than its full length and this can be seen well if you have a balloon and blow it up at the start. As we get more erect to fully it tapers out and the length comes to peak takeing away some of that larger girth we see before and to me its just a case of the penis filling up inside and the area getting spread out with blood. Normal process because the penis is like a balloon. If you find one of those elongated baloons clowns use than have a go or watch one being done as at the start its thick than as it gets fuller and longer the girth tapers off and that is the same with our penis.

4) Try the clamping three times a week now with your newbie routine as you have experience already and as your new the penis is more primed for gains. I would suggest doing the clamping with 2 days rest between, for example Monday, Thursday, Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday, Tuesday ......... this gives you 48 hours recovery between the intense session, because it is intense. What type of exercises are you going to do constricted? just the standard one? I would suggest you try the horse squeezes or SSJs for the girth and maybe also some dld bends for the width, all done constricted of course. Session would last 30-45 minutes with approx 15 minutes for each exercise cut into sets lasting 5 minutes with small 30 second gaps between to get erection ready again and than repeat. Once your more familier with constriction methods you can go much longer non-stop and end up doing 45 minutes or more perhaps safely with no problems like me without having to take the clamp off dureing that time.

Hi, nice gains thus far. I would say go for it because you have 10 weeks experience already. I have just responded to a similer question and think the answer will also help you, see below the quoted text.

I think the horse squeeze is the best girth exercise around and really built my member up and when its done constricted, well .... just class. I have even made a more advanced variation called triple horses which blow the roof off! I have had many questions from guys not sure how to do the Horse squeeze clamped because my method has always been slightly different than the original method. Check this thread out for a graphic illustration of the exercise being carried out by the member ItsElectric and I'm sure you can see how powerful this beast is just by the engorgement of his penis in the shot.
