Clamping works for length yes and I've used it myself with success. I do think that other Penis Enlargement methods exist that are more proven for length gains than clamping but yes clamping will work.

You can do various stretches clamped such as CTS, Bends, blasters etc most stretches done without a clamp can be done clamped, just use commonsense to prevent injury.

Supra ;) great guy when he was here and I know he went into the Marines but aint heard from him on here in ages. I hope he hasnt been KIA <:(
Someone can look into this if they have his REAL NAME they can use [If the US DOD has one] a site which lists the servicemen and women killed in action. The British MOD has a link on its webpage to the names of all those who have died, so if someone got Supras real name and checked into the US records to see if anything has been said.
 
Hey red I gotta question about morning wood it seems that if I have an intense jelq session the next morning my dick seems it is not fully repaired to give me a morning stuffy but I blast my pc randomly alllday so I took a break for two days and still no morning wood but when I blasted that day I was recieving an instant erection is no getting a morning wood a negative pi
 
That happens allot and is fatigue, like when you have blasted your biceps and the nextday you cant move them like you usually could do due to the tiredness. You have taken 2 days off and also do kegels. I would suggest now to either go more light with the jelq sessions until it gets better or take 5 days off for rest. Dont kegel as much through the day, it could also be your tireing that muscle aswell which helps push blood flow into the penis.

Its not negative and something to really worry about and can be fixed with a step down in intensity or rest. Once your back in the saddle get back to your usual intensity but try to reshape your routine abit to allow more rest or if you dont already incl hot wraps to your routine.
 
My question is next month I will start my short intense sessions so would it make sense to still take a day off if I do a workout and my penis is not sore or tired the next day?
 
Just keep at it and when the time comes, you can make a better decision if that rest day is needed.

Shouldnt be a problem doing kegels when you have t-veins and dorsal nerver damage but get them checked by a doctor or medical person soon before it gets worse.
 
During the day after an intense workout should you still be able to get a super hard erection or should it be down a little since the intense workout.
 
I have found that when I've done girthwork that my erection struggles afterwards for awhile, so yes it will be affected slightly.

Red,what you saying about just cold wraps for damaged dorsal nerves.Because i have realized that while i was doing a hot and cold therapy,when im putting cold clotheswash vein is disapearing and penis comes normallly but when im putting hot clotheswash,that stuff again coming.So i was thinking for doing just cold wraps....but i decided to wait your opinion.

Use hot wraps instead, the heat will help with circulation and healing while the cold would reduce swelling and inflamation.

Erect Diameter (Middle of the penis) =11/3.14=3.5 cm

For growing purposes: Would it be wise to choose the "30-9537" Which has an Diameter range from 3 - 4.5 cm?

Is -0.5 cm(in diameter) enough for clamping and constriction or does it need to be thighter?

2.) How long did you do the Newbie routine until you moved on to do other things. ANd what were the other exercises you did right after doing the newbie routine?

3.) Did you follow the 5 phases? If you didn't what did you do? newbie routine then girth busters etc

4.) what were your starting measurements? What are you now?

5.) Can you give me an example of a timeline i.e: newbie routine 6 months, __________ length/ Redz Frendo girth 6 months and on....

My goal is to increase my length and girth, more emphasis on GIRTH so I really want your advice being that you have made the biggest progress in that area

Welcome to MOS and lots of questions :) hopefully I have lots of answers ;)

1] I dont see anyharm in a newbie useing the power assist straight away at all, because your dealing with intensity that you can deal, so if you are stretching and its too painful than ease up.

However for fresh newbies such as yourself, it would make sense to learn the basics and have good form on most foundations methods before delving into other things but that is a personnal choice.

2] I never did the newbie routine. When I started back in 2001 I used a generic routine that wasnt complicated at all and for the first few weeks I just did wet jelqs. It was half arsed because I did it out of curiosity from seeing about it on the web and than started to see gains.

From than I simply evolved with other methods like horse squeezes, Tao mushroom head squeeze, ulis and than clamping. So much I did and have tried the list is endless.

3] I didnt follow the MOS paysite routines but did my own thing. I have membership to MOS paysite and its very good indeed from the videos, audio and information plus the 24/7 121 help support from the best in the field > DLD.

If I'd have done the phases when I first started Penis Enlargement back in 2001 I would be at 9 inches length now :)

4] Was 6.6 inches erect BP and 5.4 inches erect mid-shaft in girth and now I'm 8.3 inches erect BP and 6 7/8 inches erect mid-shaft in girth.

Flaccid length was 3 1/2 inches BP and now its a constant 5 3/4 inches BP with at times being 6 inches BP

5] Its impossible for me to give you a timeline as each person is different but a rule of thumb is that it will take 6-8 months of consistant, patient hardwork to make gains and have them permanent.

Those size gains could vary but on average in that time you should see about 1/2 inch in length and 1/8 in girth. This is the low end and me being conservative as everyone is different ;) have faith in what you do and check others progress & routines here, plus stay connected and dont become a stranger.

DLD's paysite has a good girth workout which you can do if you have membership otherwise you can always check others routines out for ideas or see my routines thread that has 4 routines now with one for length, girth, length & girth and the last for lower hanging balls.


Also read the constrictor guide which is good on the subject of girth and clamping.

We got tons of good threads in the clamping forum for that aswell and an easy way to gauge girth progression is to push for further expansion in the size of how much your engorge your penis on consecutive workouts, so the nextime your hit the girth you'll aim to make it that little bit thicker than it was the lastime.
