The most crucial tips with gaining girth I would say, is, to always try and aim for more expansion on the next set. Keep engorging, and expanding the penis further each time in a safe controlled way of course.

Always maintain the best erection you can, period! you cant go at this half cocked ... you need 90-100% erection, and preferably 100%.

Learn to do this without the aid of Viagra, and the like. It has a place, but, I dont like the idea of relying on it, after all we are getting not just a larger penis, but a more healthy one that is able to become erect when needed right? unless its for a special occasion, or you really must take such aids, try keeping off them when you can.

It should help when your using methods like clamping aka constrictors, as they will be working on the actual engorged penis size you have like a cock ring, to slow the release of blood ... never stopping it, but enabling you to work hard on a larger size, rather then constantly thinking about getting an erection.

I found clamping (constrictors) gave me allot of girth, and I created a PDF which can be downloaded via the following thread. It has several exercises, its fairly old now, and not the best writing I have to admit to be honest, and if you have questions regarding it please feel free.

The exercise to start with on there would be standard constrictors or clamping, nowadays some might refer to that as what they call edging while wearing a clamp.

Your using a cable clamp, or if you like a cock ring, siliring, whatever you want, just ensure it is safe and be removed instantly!!! do not use hose clamps, or anything metal!

You can either clamp off around the whole package, which means including the balls, or just around the base shaft closest to the pubic area.

Your main focus here, it to be lightly constricted, while you become fully erect, otherwise if your rock hard get it clamped down tight enough so you feel hard expansion.

Once this is done, you kegel ... you shall see, feel, notice this difference. New blood is coming in. If you are uncut like me, you can rub the skin across the glans to keep yourself aroused, and think erotic scenes rather then watch ���� if you can help it.

From time to time if you've gone around the whole package, you will need to ease back a click and massage the scrotum for a min, then get back to the expansion again.

I honestly dont think you need to perform long girth session when your using high intensity. Its not like length work with extenders. Just see pumping as an example, you cant keep pumping all day.

For me, it was a case of hammering the girth in 45 minutes of usually brutal work, and then it was a rest for 2 days before hammering it again.

I dont know about the MOSred, having never tried it, but the technology seems to indicate that it could be promising when healing the penis afterwards.

How could i be patient enough whit my PE life i want to get to 9 x6 and i know id take time(w8)?Id like to get to that size in no time tough lol ...unfortunately i can be really pessimistic sometimes i just cant help it:(.Definitely need to reset my mind to get where i want to get,i only think about the negative and i dont want that anymore i wanna have fun in the process and gain at the same time,How could i change that for good, There are so many reasons why i cant focus correctly on my PE routines,I cant change those things for now maybe i should ignore them and let them go away for good? and face the ones i have to face.Getting a bigger dick would give me a lot of happiness and self satisfaction, that would allow me to make me feel better..right now i feel really inadequate.Sometimes i have a hard time dealing whit that situation...i just want to be a happy guy lol

Sometimes you got to fake it to you make it. The mind is very powerful and can be used for good or bad it’s completely up to you. If you see things in a pessimistic way you’re going to end up with results that are less than desired. But if you start with a positive attitude, putting all your trust in those who have gains before you, you will see gain so much faster. That inspiration can be easily sparked by simply reading through some of the more popular progress threads. Yeah thats correct, wearing a condom while pumping will indeed help to decrease the fluid retention.

However, always try to enter the pump with the best erection you can, and keep away from using long sessions over 10-15 minutes in one sitting, especially keep away from higher pressure.

Using 3.5-5HG is enough for new guys when they start. The most you should go for is 7.5HG, maybe 10HG in very short bursts once your advanced to get past a sticking point.

In between sets you should also do some light jelqing, as this helps with circulation, reduces fluid in itself, and will help keep discoloration at bay. Many men will see discoloration due to sessions that last too long, and the iron in the blood has deposited into the skin layers over time as a darkened shade.

So, keep those in mind as well to avoid fluid retention.

The size, really all you need is the size for your penis, doesn't need to be larger or anything special. I just used to wear standard sized condoms, and my size was larger then those, but remember condoms expand to massive proportions ... fill one up as a water balloon and see :)

Patience is a difficult thing in todays fast life. We expect allot instantly, or really quickly.

No instant fixes for your patience, but I would say look at the positives now in working for it.
You will gain a harder, stronger erection. Able to last longer, this will come before the 9 x 6 goal.

Set yourself mini goals. That 9 x 6 is your final goal, but you would be wise to slice that into smaller pieces.

I dont know your current stats, but lets say for example your 6 x 5. With 9 x 6 its a massive leap, it can be disheartening tbh because it takes allot of effort, dedication, and time to finally reach the end.

So, with that example in mind, split the mini goal to 6.25 x 5.1 for the first 3 months. Don't have high figures in mind during that small period, therefore you wont be sad if you do not reach it, but over the moon when you beat it! hope it makes sense? allot of this, well, life as a whole, is just the mind, how we also take the info in, and react to it. Much easier said then done, but its something we can all adapt, and make ourselves proactive, rather then reactive beings.

Once you hit that mini goal, go for 6.5 x 5.2 in the next 3-5 months.

It can also help to have a routine thats no over complex, and too in depth when you start, otherwise it can be overwhelming, the user packs it in.

My suggestion is, if you find any routine simply too much ... like you can't do anymore, for whatever reason. We all get lazy and cant be arsed, so, try to do one exercise along the lines your wanting to grow in for example length you do a length exercise.

In that instance, doing DLD A stretch blasters would be a massive recommendation by itself.

They have been used by countless men over the past 18 years by themselves, and have created gains.

How many? well, lets make that easy. Use TIME .. how does 15 minutes sound? perform 15 minutes worth of intense honest work using DLD A stretch blasters. Follow the directions that DLD gives on the execution, style of the said exercise.

In a few weeks you will notice a better flaccid, changes will be positive, and you can start adding a little more to the plan.

Something that will help you with patience, and allot more as-well, is meditation. I know it gets thrown around allot nowadays, and for good reason ... it works! they use it in prisons.

Studies are out there, that when it has been used in violent US prisons, it has helped transform the inmates. Honestly, I think a book called "The Dharma Brothers" was written by US prisoners, on how it helped.

Red i appreciate your help Im going trough and my mind is not that helpful, DLD created a great routine for me and is great he knows his game he's the one that's been showing me new things and teachings not only in PE so many other things too as well,you are experienced too, 9x6 sounds way too far and I just don't know how to deal with that I'll continue with my routine and stay strong..
 
Yep is quite hard,PE is not for everybody is a quite hard road to follow and life gets in its way but I can't quit not that type of person I just want to continue and prove myself how wrong I m n I was for not believing in my self.I just can't wait for the day I get to my desired size but I want to enjoy and feel satisfied in the process,enjoy my struggle.I think I have to grab my LM and stretch got some shit to do later.

If I was dumb enough to use too much force initially when starting stretching, and then gains stopped early because I couldn't add more force to the stretch, is there a way to decondition and start making gains again with a lower force?

I know people will recommend the lengthmaster to add even more force, but is there really no other way if the mistake of using too much force initially was made?
 
Yeah I know what you mean. Hitting a plateau, when gains stop from using too much too soon, so the body adapts to it.

A new person shouldn't be able to tolerate the same amount of force (stress) as somebody like DLD, or indeed myself. So, for the newer guy, they need to take it steady, giving them a foundation to build upon.

Once they have that foundation, and approx 6-8 months experience, they pretty much know more about how that body part can be addressed in the future, compared with at the start when they knew nothing, and could not relate to what a weak stretch was, to a full intensity stretch.

Routines, and pathways vary as much like the people who use them, just like in weight lifting, so many routines, yet many will give gains.

SRT has been shown to help reduce plateau by using all the tools in the book, that work on growth while the person is away from exercise for example.

Should you be intense enough at first, that you notice gains halting early, you could take a decondition break for a few weeks, and comeback to it with the re-worked routine, using less force then before, and taking it more smarter in how you train.

I've never gone with those extreme hangers that use over 40lbs in order to gain. Even the great Bib, the man that really started hanging in penis enlargement, suggested small exposures to such heavy weight, and never having it as the main indicator to growth ... the penis will adapt to it, become much stronger in ways you don't want, such as its ligaments, and that means either even more weight is needed, or the guy has to use out of the box ideas to re stimulate growth.

Its too easy to become trapped into thinking about defeat, adding more, when just around the corner unbeknown is the gains waiting to be seen ... keep persistent, dedicate yourself, and the results will be apparent in time. It can take a year, but whats a year when you make gains unheard or thought of before you began?
