Because it's not clear are you supposed to choose between either Hardcore Stretches and the Jelquing routine or do you do both? How long does the whole workout take and would it be best to separate the length and girth routine into a day and evening setup or is one consecutive workout best?

Also not clear but with the basic stretching, are you supposed to do 3 sets of BTC before moving on to 3 sets of Straight Down etc.. or do you do the stretches in the order you listed and start back at the top of the list 2 other times?

Really looking forward to diving into this routine tomorrow! (no pun intended)
 
I suggest you can start with making it really simple and do one set lasting 20 minutes daily with the Bathmate. Simply use it as set out i.e as a pump and just add in during the 20 minutes stretching to the Bathmate such as left and right but hold that stretch, you dont need to pull when you move left or right. You can pull out, to you and down but be careful with the seal, use on hand to pull and another at the base to hold the Bathmate in place.

Dont make it as such that the entire routine is stretching. I mix and match with stretches with pauses so that I can simply grow into the Bathmate and use more pressure as the clock ticks with more reps on the stretching. Too much stretching may increase fluid build-up so go carefully, take your time and dont rush.

Wearing a condom inside the Bathmate can help with fluid.

This is how I do it, never followed the exact plan in here but if you do then it must be followed as DLD lays it out and so the stretches are done in the order listed and started back at the top X amount of times. Its a TOUGH routine like all of his, which is why I had trouble doing them :)

If you like to split it up then do so, nothing wrong with that and yes length in one part of the day with girth in another would be fine. You can do that no problems whatsoever.
 
okay wait what.... so i do the manual stretches, than the Bathmate stretches then jelqing and pumping? a little confused.


example: I do 150 jelqs than 5 minutes of Bathmate than repeat?
 
@ ^ Don't overdue it, you have to give yourself a break or it wont heal properly and you can injure yourself. Slow and steady gains is the best way, ESPenis EnlargementCIALLY if you want to keep them for a longer duration.

Just a quick word; I was reading this thread and I think RED and DLD and others are way more innovative when it comes to use the Bathmate in creative ways than me.

There is however one way that I have personally modified my own Bathmate to gain more pressure, and this is just me talking, not official. My very good friend in Korea sent me a device that is used in traditional Chinese and Korean medicine that fit the top of the Bathmate perfectly. It is a suction cup with a handheld pump. With this device attached by suction to the top of the Bathmate it is VERY EASY to get more pressure and its not an expensive way to add onto the unit.

This of course should only be done by professionals, not newbies as by experience in Customer Service those that go too rapidly into maximum suction can over do it. Those of us that are used to the maximum pressure and want to exceed it can get our hands on this simple device on the web.

just a couple of quick questions,

how long does it take to run through this routine once?
is running through this routine just once a day sufficient for noticeable (maybe 0.25" to 0.50" length and/or girth, but esp. girth) gains in a two to three month period?
at what point (either in time or in gains) should one switch from the newbie routine to something more intense?

totally new to this, sorry if these questions are in any way stupid

Apologies for the double post but I was just reading Phase 1 on the members site (still a member, awesome!). There seems a lot less stretching in the Phase 1 on there compared to the DLD Newbie routine. Wondering whether to do the increased amount of stretches as outlined in this thread, or stick to the Phase 1 amount whilst incorporating the rest of the Bathmate and Jelqing exercises as indicated in this thread?

Still being a member of the paysite, I kind of feel like I should follow those five phases? But in combination with my Bathmate. Any advice would be great on this one, I don't want to overdo it right at the start!
 
hi, DLD im new to the forum and to pe, so i started the newbie routine and did the stretches and went straight into the DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches and after the whole session i get water retention just below the head of the penis and this happens every time so i wanted to know if im doing everything right???

The Bathmate seems like a nice, easy way to help speed things along, but i've got a question.

First off, I don't live alone, and it's not with a significant other so I can't exactly run around with this thing on and all that. Neither can I screw around in the shower for extended periods of time(even so, I wouldn't want to waste the water unnecessarily)

What i'm wondering is, if the Bathmate will have any effect if it's only used during the course of an ordinary 10 min shower(possibly 5-10 mins longer by keeping it on while toweling off, shaving, dental hygiene activities ect.)? Is a mere 15-20 mins using this tool a day enough to help things along, or is it not worth it?

You could try a split routine that had three sessions a day, each for 10 minutes. This should not raise eyebrows. I suggest 5 minutes of pumping followed by 5 minutes of jelqing. Do this three times throughout the day and you should make good gains.

We have plans to film all of the newer exercises and routines soon. I have not been able to get away to Florida to shoot film due to personal issues. I promise, asap.
 
Would pumping with the Bathmate be a suitable substitute to the jelq for girth gains?

I realize that the jelq is kind of the foundation of Penis Enlargement, but last night I had a scary experience while jelqing.
I have a hard time keeping a "semi" while jelqing, so I figured if I watched ���� and started with a full erection (carefully of course) and let it subside as I continued it would be fine. but towards the end of my routine I felt a sharp very localized pain in my glans near the urethral opening.
it's still a bit sore. I can still get a good erection but I feel like it is a bit harder to achieve than before (although I suppose I could also be psyching myself out.)

anyways the whole ordeal kind of turned me off to jelqing for a bit, so after I take some time off for recovery, I might try to ease back into jelqing.

Also, is it okay to continue doing basic stretching while recovering, since it works the penis in a different way?
 
Don't stop learning and practicing the jelq. Give yourself some more time to feel better but ease your way back into learning and mastering the jelq. It is foundational and prepares the penis for more intense girth work, like SlowSquashJelqs.
