@ABG, whenever in doubt... stop. At least until it heals. Remember my one main thing that I think about anytime I feel any discomfort whether it be in the mind or the penis. I only have one.... that is all. lol.
 
Ahh another question. I tried searching here to no avail. What if I just use the Bathmate with no excerises? Recently I can't find any private time now. Unless in the shower and I'm still rushed by my familiy to get out. So I can only use the Bathmate for 20 min. Would this still promote gains or no? I am currently doing this were I just leave it on after I shave and clean myslef there for the full 20min. I let the presseure stay on the level that I feel it's expanding :) Thankes in advance!

You will still gain with the Bathmate alone, but it will take more time. There is no rush to any of this so I appreciate your going solo on this and letting us know how you fare!

I'm a new member, who is having loads of questions and doubts about using his soon-to-be-his Bathmate. No disrespect but I find the stretching techniques utterly confusing. Dld is the guru around here from what I can see, so first of all, thanks a lot! Your explanations did not do much help to me but it's great to see someone taking the time to help others, which is basically what pushed me to post this.

Now, before I begin, I should say that at 27, I have just today found out about all these techniques, qelching etc. so that's why it was baffling for me to follow all the instructions as I'm more of a visual kinda guy. How does this work? The newbie guide suggests like a 30-40 minute work-out (including the regular 20 minute Bathmate session) so are you guys really spending 3/4 of an hour working out your penis? A little bit more and that's more or less how long I spend at the gym! I don't have much time during the day (even 20 minutes seem too long!) but I wanna give this a go as I'd much rather have quicker and more visible results than stick to the Bathmate alone. So, keeping it short, my question is, apart from the members-only video which i cannot pay, are there any other links explaining the routine here? I've seen various people's comments and even some pictures but thick as wood, I'm not getting it, sorry. So any other video-guide would be of utmost help.

Now another doubt I have, which upon thorough reading of various topics I have yet to discover, is after using the Bathmate, is intercourse possible/suggested? Say I use my Bathmate a couple hours before sexual activity, would that be a problem? I have read people having problems getting it up because the penis needs more blood etc. I've never had erectile problems before, but suddenly I'm a bit worried. Of course I'd love to show up to my date with extra help and a mouth-watering package but it won't do me (or my partner!) any good unless I can efficiently use it. So what's the ideal time or routine to help get into the program?

Lots of questions and inquiries, shows a man who knows how to do research. The Bathmate or Penomet are very real gaining tools. Has anyone else noticed a discoloration of the skin?
I started using the Bathmate again and now i notice a black discoloration (that doesn't wash off!!!).
Is the black "pump" color rubbing off on my skin? Is it getting under my skin and staying permanent like a tatto due to the skin expansion and water retention???

Wow, that would suck if it were true! The discoloration is due to pumping. Explain what you are doing for a routine and I will help critique it for you and advise on discoloration.

I'm doing 2 sets of the stretches: back, down, straight out and straight up (left, center, right). pumping for 5-10 minutes. Squash jelq up for 10 reps up and 10 down. Repeat pumping for 5-10 minutes.

That's all I have time for. I try to position it so it's not touching the black pump part, put that's nearly impossible.

Umm a quick question. I've used my Bathmate a couple of times now, but unlike the rest of... well, everybody, i did not see any HUGE results. Could it be because I went in flaccid and only did 15 minutes? Should I go in fully erect and stay 20 minutes, for example?

And another question. The handbook says pump it every 5 minutes but I feel like the suction disappears though i hold the Bathmate there all the time and do not move. Is it me or is there still enough suction or should I be feeling the suction (hence pump more) at more intervals?

wanted to do a follow up. I've been reading around here and saw that you were curious about going falccid in a Bathmate. I have been doing this since the start of Dec. I have been only using the batHydromaxath. No SSJ, or kegals. For a full 20 min. The pressure I reach is usally around 180 1/3 now. I am somewhat sad since I have 2 dots of brusing that have not gone away. I gave myslef a break before dec. I tried putting on some leech oil to heal and no improvement. I hope I am not stuck with these. I will say my resuslts and thoughts once this month ends.
 
Well after the whole 1 month I'm still the same. At least I think I am. It does look thicker and actually feels heavier.. Not sure what's up with that.

Drunk or not your conclusion is correct, Behind the Cheeks Stretches are an amazingly concentrated and focused exercise that will produce ligament gains no matter what.
 
hey guys,

i recently bought Bathmate and im starting to work out regulary. however, i have some difficulties stretching with Bathmate. i got the new Hydromax and not the X-40 version, is it possible that that causes my problems? the suction does not seem to last very long.

Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the Bathmate with intensity and the Bathmate stays attached

This must sound stupid but how do I do that? I mean I could potentially get a good suction after pumping just one time and it sticks. To me it seems like there is no difference whether I pump 5 times, 20 times or 1 time.

Also, I'm not sure, is it normal that stretching with Bathmate is so difficult / exhausting? To me it seems awefully tough to stetch without losing water and my penis does not feel any fatigue. That just tells me that I'm doing something wrong.

I've read that DLD uses a cup of warm/hot water and I saw in superdick's video that he make the entire chamber full of water. Is this a personal preference thing or has it any pro or cons to do the one or the other?

If you have a X-40 and an X40 Hydromax, you can switch the valves to which one you like better.

You want to pump to max. Maybe 20 pumps? Every so often you will want to pump to regain any lost pressure. But, if you are using the 5 on 5 method, I would say keep the pump going for the entire 5 minutes at max pressure.

Are you speaking of the Hardcore Stretches? If so, you may want to try a different expressive stretch if Hardcore Stretches are not intense enough. Usually it is quite the opposite, most men are in pain after a workout. Low Grip stretches, PowerAssist or LengthMaster Ring Stretching are both great alternatives. They are explained in the Expressive Stretching Thread.

Preference for me. I mean, I have a lot to do so multi-tasking is very important. I just keep a bucket next to me as I work on the computer. I fill it with hot water and I train over top of it so if there is a spill no big deal. Plus I have wood floors so I use any spills as a excuse to wash the floors:)
 
i played this past week a little bit with Bathmate stretches and im slowly im getting the hang of it. lubricat at the base works fantastic for suction and wrapping balls to avoid that they get sucked in. unfortunately i think i wrapped too hard the first time and I got a micro bruise somewhere. now it hurts like shit when I try to stretch down. I'm going to skip the next two days Bathmate stretches and than see how it goes monday.

what i do is basically just pump one time and than i seal it. it works great for me, i got a really good suction there. and when the pressure is decreasing i just do the same thing again..!
