I have been using this routine (or most of it) for 3 weeks now.
6:30 AM
I start the day with warm up and the Basic Stretching in this thread.
I then jump into the
SG + padding + comfort strap for 45 minutes at a time for a total of 3 hours. Between times in I stretch up, down, left, right, and out till I am ready to go back in.
I then use the
VLC tugger with the
SG or the leg strap till 3 PM.
If I have to go out for lunch, I use
Uncle Jim's Wrap.
So from 6:30 AM to 3 PM there is no time I am not extended in some way.
3 PM:
I start DLD Hardcore
Bathmate Stretches and continue exactly per DLD's instructions.
I try not to forget the PC Muscle Fitness and have only missed it a few times.
I am only struggling with fluid retention and am thinking about getting a Monkey Spanker to help with that. I can do the normal jelqs and that is helping a bit. I cannot really do the
SSJ as my hands meet in the middle too fast (I am a bit short).
