Hi, i'm new to the forum and have a Bathmate. I am starting this newbie routine and have the same question. I have A LOT of water retention just under the head after the routine. I actually don't do the jelq as i fear it will only stretch it more.

Is this normal?
Should i not stay in so long?
Should i only do 2 sets of each stretch?
Is the initial stretching (without the Bathmate) causing this? I am grabbing it right under the head to do these stretches. Could I be damaging the tissue underneath creating a pocket for extra water retention?

Any info insight you have would be great.

Are you using the 5 minute pump/5 minute method jelq method?

Hi i bought my Bathmate and started doing DLDS newbee Bathmate routine for2 months now. I dont see any difference since then.

I felt like I was clutering the other thread :) Anyways I started to read more and how come more men are having temp girth increase? I soon as I finish and take off the pump it goes back to its flaccid state right away and it looks the same :( I don't know maybe I'm being impatient. Please put my mind at ease. I am doing the workout as it says I do 200 jelqs and pump for 10 min in the morning then around its time for me to go to sleep I do it again, so twice a day :)

The routine is more along the lines of:

5 Minutes in the Bathmate
5 Minutes jelqing, slow squash jelq, etc.
5 Minutes in the Bathmate
5 Minutes jelqing, slow squash jelq, etc.
5 Minutes in the Bathmate
5 Minutes jelqing, slow squash jelq, etc.

It only needs to be done once per day and you should see very good expansion. How long does it take to make it permanent? It takes as long as it takes:) I know that is not the answer you want to hear but in actuality, the power is with you. I made a two inch gain in six months, I know of guys who have done better...for me it was my unbelievable desire to make my dick as big as I could as fast as I could. I ignored everything I ever heard about Penis Enlargement, I created a routine that pushed me to the limits and I kept adding, improving and fine tuning that routine even to this day as the face of the SRT workout.

I think every man needs to just say, fuck it, I am making the gain no matter what, whatever it takes, I will do. If the routine I suggest above does not deliver we will need to change it further and explore whether you are using enough intensity and getting enough pressure in the tube. A temp gain of .25"-.5" should happen with EVERY session, if it is not happening, you need to step up the pressure and/or the intensity. You may need to trim back and add to the other...it is hard to know. For now try it out and see where you are.
 
Ahhh thank you dld... I did this today and felt a huge diffrence. Even when it came out flacid it was still stlighly chubby but quickly went back... I'l give this a month before i assume it had no effect, Im glad I do believe in you ! :) and by the way would it be better to finish the workout with the pump or jelqs/ssj?

Oh that makes me smile! I am happy for you, I love when I hear back quickly with such positive feedback! Finish either way, I like to end using my hands so for me it is the SlowSquashJelq.
 
Getting the hydramax soon! Just a little question, I've been pe'ing for about 3 years, dld could you perhaps recommend a suitable frequency to perform your girth blasters? Cheers

I just want to say this because I know sometimes it's gets left out: as much as we all enjoy Penis Enlargement, and it does feel amazing, the longer you go(more days) with out blowing your load with your partner or in a "first person shooter" the better. Your ligaments will tighten and will slow your growth. Problem I have is me and my girl can't get enough of each other :p do I try to take care of my Penis Enlargement first thing in the morning so I have the most time before(and many times just after) we have sex again.

Once a day as they are written will do the job. In some cases this may be too much for some so the routine can be scaled down in time or sets to adjust to your level of comfort. You can also increase time, sets and routine if you feel able, it greatly depends on your penile endurance.
 
Thanks for the reply DLD. Since my last post I have been doing 2 sets of 10 mins with 5 mins of SSJ's (these things are fantastic, also quite addictive!) on a 1 on, 1 off cycle. I have definitely made gains due to this, and although I get a fair amount of fluid retention, it seems to be (for me at least) an indicator of a good session. If the fluid retention begins to dissipate, I'll increase the number of sets to 3, keeping my 1 on 1 off cycle due to the fact I feel you cannot change the rate at which your penis is repaired. Any opinions on this theory?
 
After reading a few posts about SSJ I am convienced I have been doing this wrong. What I do is get myslef hard then kegal all the blood I can then clamp at the base. After that I push with my other hand using the palm, push it towards the head. So I've been pushing it down. I tried reading how to do it but do not understand it.. Is there a video out there to help me? I tried finding one but could not :( please help.

It is important to understand that the upper hand is gripping also while using the palm to apple pressure. So basically you will be trapping blood at the base and at just below the head. Once this is done you simple push the point together and move in small rotaries, squashes, and any other manipulation that will further expand the area trapped in the middle.
 
An observation I have made is that along with water retention, I am also seeing a lot of red spots, the aesthetic outcome of burst capillaries (I think). Should I treat this as a indication to take a day off, or will it not cause me any harm to pump despite the red dots? I must say that there is no pain whatsoever.
