also another question , is there a limit on how much girth you can grow . I am just 5 " girth , an would like 6.25" but my skin already has some little stretch marks on it will this hinder me being able to gain girth ? as the skin can only stretch so much or as long as repeated stretching over time things will work out?

Actually the skin is extremely easy too stretch and accommodate more girth. The biggest limiting factor is the Tunica and this should be attacked through Bundled Stretching, these stretches work double time in breaking down Tunica tissue. Couple these with SlowSquashJelqs and you can really get the girth to blow up quickly. Even better is adding a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] into the mix, this used with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] in a superset scenario will bring the fastest girth expansion. I started at 4.75 and made it to 6.75 after about 9 years of training.

Well I did gain my first 2" in the first six months of PE if that gives you more hope. It was the next 2" that took all those years.

also as a note i couldn't get full erection ( has emission earlier in day) so i was about 70% at most which max explain my girth jump (@although i feel thicker) i just wanted an indication of where i was when the year started an how i will be half way through

also as a side note I have found what was causing my low eq my pc muscle seems very weak , I can only assume its due to me literally sitting around for last 2 months especially over Christmas so I am only going to stick with stretches and jelqs until my pc muscle regains some strength

i slowed down my routine an cut stuff out since my pc muscle was weak due to lazying round for 2 months an i couldn't get full erection
i used to do stretches in morning an girth later on evening

yeah really buckling down , have some stuff coming up which may knock my workouts all of out whack soon. and also something else which may provide a really good opportunity for an experiment with my pe :P I have also ordered some more c rings as my slight increase in base girth seems to have broke 3 of mine which I dunno if that is a good thing or not :)

Awesome, I look forward to your experimentation and I hope it proves profitable. I will also be running a few new experiments using a cock ring to find limits and possible new exercises based on its use. I can't start them until I get home but I am very excited to get back in my lab and diving into PE futures!

Yeah my projects are also long term experiments but I thought it was time for me to start putting together some new exercises. My favorite part of PE is exercise creation so I am really looking forward to getting started.

Congratulations on the girth! As far as length goes, some men just need more intensity than the hands can give. It is smart to keep yourself ready to time slots that open up throughout the day, it can really help progress when they start to add up.

We barely got 4" of snow, it was nothing at all.

For me girth was harder to gain than length but now things are much different than when I first started. Using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SlowSquashJelq[/words] has made girth gaining very quick.
