but yeah here is what I found just a few measurements I documented .
the first number is length next is girth ( mid shaft I think) all I was doing was some light stretching and like 50 jelqs of poor quality I didn't actually pick up a proper routine an start with it until mid 2013 and proper dedication came last year but even with and off work I've done ok I guess

so the last one would be 31/1/2015 19.9 x 13.4 so really quiet a huge improvement with minimal effort

going to do stretches today , and tomorrow have a bath an as for girth I guess edging is all I can do as I don't want jelq or pump to aggravate the scab

also today the scab came half off in the bath yesterday an the rest fell off so all that's left is lighter coloured skin so I may do some clamping later to get the girth on the go again . I also have month / 2 month supply of macca and tribulus and l argine so going to be adding that to the exercise both pe an start with some regular exercises as I getting big again ahha

15/2/15 only did my stretches 3x6x30 and 4x30 and I did some kegels as pc muscle was super tired
