I'm ok with this as its only been a month and this time I had my girth with better eq so I'm happy , im only in early 20s so plenty of time to grow
 
Looks like you made gains across the board for most measurements so a big congratulations to you my brother! You are right it's only been a month but still seeing the numbers go up like that is very inspirational.

i actually went on to edging after I measured an for the fun of it measured again my girth , an I was like 0.2-0.4 of a cm thicker in some places but I didn't use them measurements as I want to be conservative but yeah any progress is progress plus it is starting to feel thicker midshaft I also found my old measurements from years ago when I first heard of pe : O

but yeah here is what I found just a few measurements I documented .

the first number is length next is girth ( mid shaft I think) all I was doing was some light stretching and like 50 jelqs of poor quality :D I didn't actually pick up a proper routine an start with it until mid 2013 and proper dedication came last year but even with and off work I've done ok I guess

2/1/2011 15.6x12.4
20/3/2011 15.9x12.6
8/5/2011 16.4x12.5

so the last one would be 31/1/2015 19.9 x 13.4 so really quiet a huge improvement with minimal effort

Wow, what an amazing change. You should really use that as your starting stats since that was your starting stats regardless of your age. I am very impressed and I wish you even greater luck in the future.

well I was wary of the age restrictions chat so didn't want to get banned but yeah that's my starting stats , want an inch more length then a long grind for girth .

I have a picture from last year just before I started this thread on the site aswell when I hit a size I am happy with will take an afterwards pic to put up somewhere if that's cool ?

Of course it is cool! You can post it here and anywhere else you like. Having such proof really shows, with great accuracy, the gains you have made.

ok well when I hit a milestone in girth I will take another picture an then when I hit the next one I ll take another an have a progression set of pictures as I already see my girth is a little thicker then the picture it took last year

i having time off as I picked a little spot on the sikin. it started bleeding an obviously its left a little hole or whatever its called where the spot was as it took a layer of skin off like an indent , it scabbed over but the scab came off in my sleep so just waiting for it to heal , going to start doing stretching again till its fully healed. hopefully no scar , been putting cream on it to reduce risk of infection so hopefully all should be good .. I must really leave dots spots an stuff alone ... lesson still not learned from last time

hopefully it heals all good an even

Bacitracin is the best thing for this type of injury, it speeds the healing time and leaves very little scarring.

well its just a scap on the skin atm so its healing , I have very tiny bit of slack so my skin wasn't stretched , but with these days off my penis has fully healed from the work I been doing as I got super hard last night and I felt thicker and looked thicker and even a bit longer with super EQ , so maybe this was a good thing!!

going to do stretches today , and tomorrow have a bath an as for girth I guess edging is all I can do as I don't want jelq or pump to aggravate the scab

Excellent! And I am proud of you for not picking at the scab. The discoloration should fade after a few weeks.

Good thing, last time I picked at a scab on my penis I ended up with a scar and discoloration at that point.

12/2/15 got my stretches in and that was about it
13/2/15 I am going to do some air pumping for 20 minutes with a few breaks

edit I did do bout 40 mins of pumping with breaks and 300 jeqls some great tissue expansion

15/2/15 only did my stretches 3x6x30 and 4x30 and I did some kegels as pc muscle was super tired

17/2/15 I was doing my usual stretches and a little ain like a sharp prick right underneath the glands , it was aching a little afterwards on and off going to see how if feels rest of day. maybe its a nerve or something? going to do some light stretches on it and massage through day to see if helps
 
the aching pain is still here this morning , it settled down last night , maybe erections during sleep aggravated it, does sound like it may be a bruise so I am just going to do kegels until its fixed.. this months been a nightmare

Give yourself a little time off from heavy work, just do some kegels and maybe some deep tissue massage and allow the injury to heal. It should not take too long and you'll be back at it.
