it's a long time when i log in every day , fell off rails a bit with life crap getting in the way , plus being unwell , also i've been started on some meds from the doctors so will see how that goes as they gonna be long term by looks of it , also have blood test to check testosterone amongst other things

That is something smart for all men to do that have good health insurance, getting T-levels checked can rule out many issues that some of us think on.

t levels were all fine thank god :) also not been doing much as been maho tired due to some medication i am on but i'm starting to be more alert again , i been managing to get strecthes in now an then though maybe 3/4 times a week . hopefully i gonna try an pick up the pace again

he did say that my erection / sex drive issues is because of my illness i have an that i just am not in the mood so body wont force itself for an erection which would explain why it is a little harder for me to gain girth when having lots of bad days

Give yourself some time to adjust to the medications and try to relax and not force too much, you will get through this. Did he give you a diagnosis on the illness? What meds did he prescribe?

we'd all love to be part horse. one thing that has been working for me to succeed this run at PE is focusing on one workout at a time. Not thinking ahead to much to the future. it can make it seem daunting. I focus on just the workout ahead of me at that moment. eventually months pass and success has come with it.

i got this from a Navy seal trainer who wrote on an article on how he can tell who will be successful when training to be a seal. He said they interview trainees at the end of almost each day. When a trainee says, "i just have to get through the next month." he knows they wont make it. he said when they say, "i made it through today and I'm focused on making it through tomorrow." he knows they have a much better chance. they are in the moment and put their energy towards the now.

yeah this is the exact mentality i going for , like today i got a good workout , lets focuss on what i can fit into tomorrows routine , even if i am doing little bits here an there atleast i am doing something rather then getting bogged down with goals an targets etc

For me, having something to look forward to always brings more motivation. A strict schedule is important but variety in the workout keeps things fresh and motivational.

In using your penis you will be adding to gaining! The penis is like any other part of the body, if you do not use it you could loose some of the function. PE is not only about gaining, it is about using the penis for what is was created for.

Once you start doing Kegels you will become more and more responsible to do them daily. You can do them all day in every situation and this will continue to build the muscle strength to give better erections which will help aid in cementing new gains. In general Kegels are the best exercise to keep and improve good erection quality.

I get this pain when riding a bike myself and it does feel very much like the soreness in ligament stretching.

Give yourself another day to relax and heal. For me this soreness is gone after 24-48 hours.

so , for a rocky month an half since the start of junes measurements , i am very pleased that my midshaft has stayed a serious "YESS" haha an yeah , i think i needs to start exercising more as the nbp have gone down but that may be due to the sat down chilling in my room for 2 months , gonna take ever day as it comes this month an have a real crack of the whip .

also a side note yesterday morning i did do 15 mins clamping so i dunno if they would of affected my true girth measurements 26 hours on as i normally plan to take a days break before measure day , also EQ was fluxing due to me trying to measure so if these are low to my 100% EQ even better !!

This will greatly add to girth gains. Many guys do not consider edging as a gaining exercise but it truly is, and it is fun to do. In addition, edging will help you last longer in bed, you can get to the point where you decide when you will cum.

Girth requires constant consistency to manifest gains so I kind of thought you may have not been too consistent in that area. Finding the time and privacy is difficult but creative thinking will help this and the desire to make it happen will fuel it. For me, when privacy was low, I used to get up an hour early to have the time to invest. In your case a 30 minute 5x5x3 session daily will be the consistency that will make it stick. I also used to get in 100 jelqs with every bathroom break, this would take 5 monies of so but it really kept expansion high and gains would manifest through this. Try to think more creatively on what you can do to make it happen and you will find your way.

yeah this is kinda what i guessed , also i just re measured girth day after measuring cus i had't worked out on the actual measure day an my mid girth was back down ot 12.8 ish which is where it hovers normally so yeah consistency is key , hopefully i can get on top of this , but once again am under the weather so only getting length work in mainly which isn't a bad thing

When we feel under the weather girth work can suffer but length is always an option no matter how we feel. Just put your trust in the fact that you are still enlarging, maybe only for length but there is plenty of time to work girth on better days.
