Multi-angle stretching will always brings the best results. Covering all the angles you can will bring gains from all those angles. Sticking to one stretching style will only bring gains from that direction. Your routine looks good since you have included this.

28/05/14 finished my stretches 6 diretions 3 directions in each of those 30 seconds each ( 1 set ) also did 1 set of tunica stretches 30 seconds each in 4 directions ( up down left right) am going to take hot shower an go for some clamping / ediging session
 
29/05/14 today i did the same stretches as previous day 6 direction, 3 multi direction 30 seconds each with 4 tunica stretches 30 seconds each , i did this after my 10 minute clamping session which i was struggling to stay fully hard as wasn't fully in the mood so i did some squeezes at the base 4/5 times for 30 seconds to get some max expansion while i was more maluable as as i busted and went completley soft after the clamping i took full advantage and did the sretching routine

later on tonight i may do 10 mins in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] awill start to add some jeqling into my routine regulary as i do want more girth then length gains

How are you finding stretching after masturbation? I think it is the prme time to do so, the penis is so much more malleable at this time and for me it holds the stretch so much better.

i am estatic that my girth has gone up even just by a few mm but hey if one month yeilds .3mm on average thats an half an inch almost in 4 months. also half way through this month i did get a clamp so this month i will have a full month with the clamp . also my length has gone down slightly , most likely due to no stretching for a week when on holiday but i also think i am close to maxing out my lig gains in a short while , i do not mind as long as my girth goes up as thats what i i struggle to gain so all in all a good month ( yay girth)

This is most important due to weight gain or loss and every member should be measuring here as it shows gains despite body changes.

Evening is always the best for girth as we feel most erotic in the twilight hours and it is easier to get into the right mood for erect work. I am worthless at girth work too early in the day, I like to look at girth work as sex and that is the main reason I came out with the SRT Expressive Size Blasters, they are a pure mix of sex and training.
