yeah totally , also to any brothers out there who lack in motivation or have a hard time being consistent I cam to a realisation earlier this morning , treat P.E as you would a diet , if you fall off for a day or two , it happens just take the next day as a new day and get back into what you were doing , its ok to have a cheat day every once in a while and that's fine as long as its only once in a while. I have been using this to try and keep me on the narrow with P.E take each day as it comes.
227/10/16 another good session over an hour of solid erection while doing workout 3x10 min pumping 2x10 min clamping
